Good overall

Shipping was fast! Bit of delayed because of the courier but the watch arrived. The box & manual that came with my watch was wrong though.

Excellent Customer Service

They are very responsive hence it's a smooth transaction and fast delivery for my online purchase.

They are also well thought on their products being delivered via courier by packaging the watch well and offering delivery insurance.
