Sorry to hear Intenso wasn’t the one for you. Taste is always personal, especially with stronger instant coffees, but we do genuinely listen to this kind of feedback as we continue working on the range.

If you'd like to try a different blend or have us make it right, please message us via the website and we'll sort a replacement for you.
