Prestons Kitchens レビュー

We drove past this place and called in by chance. What a stroke of luck for us. We have had designs done at other companies, mainly all the same layout. We spoke to Natalie who was extremely helpful. She went through our wish list and made us an appointment a few days later with Jordan.
To our amazement, when we met Jordan a few days later, he had prepared 3 designs totally different to others. They were all excellent but one actually took our breath. It was something we hadn’t even thought of and, at planning stage, looks absolutely amazing. Against all our usual hesitations we paid a deposit and ordered the kitchen.
A truly professional and inspirational experience.
Thank you so much!!

The headline summary from us is that we fully trusted Dal through the entire process. The outcome was fantastic. All aspects of the process were handled superbly and communicated clearly. From the moment we visited the store, Dal politely asked if we could wait 5 minutes while he finished a call with an existing customer, informing us we were free to have a good look around the products. This stood out to me as a professional that focuses on the task at hand and wants to make sure everything is handled for you correctly. The process if developing the kitchen was very impressive, the attention to detail and presentation of the end product via the visualisation package. At one stage on calling about the delivery we spoke with Steve and also found the service superb. First rate products, competitive prices, efficient service and great guys, you can’t ask for more.

Very rarely do I ever write reviews, be feel compelled to do so, to share our experiences we encountered with Dal (and Steve) at Preston’s Kitchens, Preston.

If I was grading the experience from a hotel perspective I would give the lads Six Stars!

We are just completing a whole house renovation, so choosing the right kitchen at the right price was one of our main priorities.

From walking into the showroom for the first time meeting Steve, the various consultations with Dal and numerous touch points along the way to where the kitchen is now operational - Preston’s Kitchens delivered.

No nonsense, No ‘fluffy’ talk, No up selling - just pure expertise and personal touches at every stage has resulted in us achieving a high end, bespoke, top quality German engineered kitchen in our house at a price which quite honestly (having visited many other showrooms and house shows) rivals competitors and in my opinion gives you bang for your buck.

Dal’s knowledge of all the products available will blow you away - he knows the lot, and will advise you in a way which will ensure your lay out is practical, but also considers your personal wants and needs.

We opted for self installation, but that didn’t stop Dal from visiting site to cast his eye over the workmanship and offer critical advice to ensure everything was just right. My kitchen fitter has over 40 years in the trade, he pointed out to me many things about the quality of the kitchen, in particular the materials used and how they are manufactured, he was impressed.

It is also worth mentioning that we had numerous delays (us putting the delivery day back three times) as we were not ready, even when the kitchen arrived into the UK - I delayed it again, not a problem, Dal and Steve sorted it! And when we did give a date, it was delivered on that date within the two hour time slot given.

Quite simply I would have no hesitation in recommending Prestons Kitchens (and specifically Dal and Steve) to friends and family.

Thank you gents!

We had our kitchen fitted nearly 2 years ago and have been so pleased with everything. However we recently spotted a slight issue with water ingress on one of the cupboard fronts so I contacted Dal at the Preston branch to see if he could help. He kindly ordered a new part and arranged for the fitter to drop by and fit it and didn’t charge us a penny! Fabulous service!

We used Prestons at the back end of 2023 and now have a fantastic new kitchen which we and everyone who comes into our home loves. The team were great to work with and full of ideas to make our plans a reality and the outcome is everything we wanted and a fair bit more. Great quality kitchen units for less than we feared and our kitchen and living space has been transformed. They even helped us with ideas for our extension and kitted out our new utility room. Now, we have the modern living, dining and cooking space we want as we love to entertain - and it feels ike a new home. Highly recommended.

From initial contact to final completion we have been highly impressed by our customer experience.

Everybody, Matt & Natalie in the sales team, Oliver and Charlie in customer support and the kitchen fitters Chris and Andy were excellent in all respects.

The end result has exceeded our expectations and we are delighted with our new kitchen. If you are looking for a new kitchen, we can't recommend Preston's highly enough.

From the moment we walked into Prestons we knew we were going to have a better experience than we'd previously had in larger kitchen store chains - there was no hard sell, honest conversations about budget, no time pressure and so much patience from Chris as we made many amendments along the way. Any query we had was responded to really quickly and efficiently, zero fuss. We are thrilled with our kitchen and would most definitely recommend Prestons to friends and family. It's honestly been the most enjoyable and stress free element of our renovation. The fitters were equally as wonderful - friendly, clear communication channels...we had total confidence in them. Thanks so much!

Dal and his team couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much. The final result is great and has transformed our home.

I highly recommend this company. Very professional and trustworthy.

I had had my previous kitchen for 30+ years, it was falling to bits, had very little work surface and I had lost all interest in cooking in it. When I was in a position to purchase a new kitchen, I thought I was going to have to go to one of the "big sheds"; I read reviews about them and wasn't too impressed. Somebody mentioned German kitchens so on the off-chance, thinking it would be way out of my budget, I went to Prestons Kitchens in Preston. I booked in for a no-obligation kitchen design with Dal - he really is an expert at design, with so many helpful suggestions for space saving etc. When I saw the 3-D design, and the price, I was over the moon and booked it. Dal was very patient when I changed my mind over the worktops, and arranged the change very quickly. The kitchen was delivered on time - Dal kept in constant contact to make sure everything ran like clockwork, was always on hand to answer queries from my kitchen fitter and nothing was too much trouble. Dal also came out to the house during the fitting to check everything was running smoothly and again once the kitchen was in place.

What can I say? The kitchen is stunning, more than I could have wished for - I can't believe it's the same room! The quality of the units and appliances is superb and cooking is such a joy now as I have so much work and cupboard space. The Christmas dinner this year was the best I've ever cooked and I'm looking forward to spending much more time in the kitchen.

Thank you so much, Dal and Steve, for giving me the kitchen I've always dreamed of.

I ordered my kitchen in the Huddersfield store after shopping around for several months. The whole experience was superb and every single person from store staff to designers to fitters to aftercare were brilliant. I'm one of those fussy customers that kept changing design and colours. I'm really happy with my kitchen, it's exactly what I wanted and great quality. The best thing about Prestons is their aftercare service. I know so many people that have bought kitchens elsewhere and have had a knightmare with sorting out issues after fitting. All my teething problems and personal changes after fitting were dealt with quickly and professionally and nothing was ever too much trouble.
I would definately recommend Prestons.

The designer is exceptional. The fitting and general building work was very good particularly the skimming of the walls which was excellent. Early days but the quality of units and appliances seem really good .

This is a great company to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were extremely helpful and patient in accommodating our design changes. Their expertise and guidance throughout the whole process was so much appreciated. The kitchen we selected is of an excellent quality and we consider it good value for money. The fitters were outstanding too - quick, accurate and very tidy.
We are delighted with our new kitchen, it really is stunning. Not only is it practical but it also has the WOW factor we were looking for. Thank you Prestons, we have no hesitation in recommending you for the splendid job done!

We are delighted with the final outcome of our new kitchen, the layout for which Dal designed and for which builder Wal brought to life with expert craftmanship. They delivered additional work for us, over and above just fitting a like-or-like kitchen, in order to ensure the adjacent spaces complemented the kitchen space. Both easy to get along with too through the process, which takes the pressure off for the project. Thoroughly recommend.

We looked at many many kitchens before finally deciding on Prestons at Romiley. The build quality of the units was far superior to everything else we'd seen and Chris really helped us decide on the final design. Pricing was surprisingly reasonable again compared to the competition. Our kitchen was fitted by Marc and Joel who were a fabulous father and son team. They consulted us when necessary, left the house clean and tidy each day and
did an outstanding job overall. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Prestons Romiley

Great company and very professional with quality kitchens.

All went very smoothly from planning and design to fitting. The whole team were hard working and conscientious. The kitchen is of excellent quality and looks stylish and modern. Really pleased with the outcome and massive thanks to Mark and the team at Preston’s for the designs and advice and to Oliver (Project Manager) and his team for their hard work. Would highly recommend Preston’s Kitchens.

Fab kitchen and service!

We recently had our new kitchen fitted from Prestons Kitchens in Romiley, Stockport where Chris Kane ensured we had a seamless enjoyable experience. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt confident throughout.
From our first visit to the showroom to the finished result we were extremely impressed.

The planning and design by Chris was exceptional, he spent hours going through what we wanted, and he made suggestions and gave advice where needed. He arranged several appointments for us to visit the showroom for us to go over the plans until we were happy to confirm our order, he also exchanged emails and made calls to update us throughout.
He confirmed our delivery date and the kitchen arrived on time, It was very well packed into two vans and was brought into our home with great care.

Marc and Joel fitted our kitchen, their workmanship ensured the end result looked amazing, they were extremely polite and professional and they worked hard, nothing was too much trouble, a pleasure to have them around.

Our new kitchen was shipped from Germany and is very sturdy, well-built and has a great finish. We are extremely pleased with it. You definitely get what you pay for.

Also a huge THANK YOU to Chris for ensuring our granite worktop was just perfect, the pièce de résistance!… Our vision is complete.

We would highly recommend Prestons in Romiley and Chris to anyone considering a new quality kitchen.

Date of experience: 06 October 2023

Very pleased with the whole process, from our first visit to the showroom, to the final installation.
The kitchen planning went really well, due to the support, knowledge and designing of Matt and his colleagues.
We were able to have the kitchen fitted earlier than expected, which we were very pleased to hear, Oliver and his team from Project Company did an excellent job installing and we could not be happier with the finished kitchen.
Communication has been excellent, and throughout the process we were filled with confidence in our choice - very professional and highly recommended.
Thank you Preston’s Kitchens and Project Company.

I never expected i would be getting my kitchen from here, i was told in advance that they were more expensive than wren and just for my peace of mind regarding design i thought lets see what they can come up with. Steve who initially booked us in and gave us the tour of the showroom did a great job. Theres a variety of stuff packed in a small showroom but it defo delivers. Dal who's the main guy got to design our kitchen, it takes time but he did a awesome job, the design he did after measuring up was a spitting image of my kitchen, ive had several quotes from different places including kutchenhouse i just felt prestons kitchen tipped it for me with my 3d design and the additional changes to accomodate the no space on a 2.7 meter ceilieng, now its a waiting game for the kitchen to arrive,so far honestly a great experience from start to finish.
