This company was v difficult to deal with not helpful at all. The shoes arrived very late and so could not be used for a holiday booked! They were deliver to a neighbour to boot! the quality was not great. The company refused to send a returns label and therefore I had to pay the return fee all of which is not professional at all!

I would give 0! Bought a pair of glittery Rosarioâs, the layers of glitter began to fall off and show the ugly white base in multiple areas making them unwearable after 5 wears!!!!!! The Customer service team basically told me to suck it up with a âI hope you understandâ whatâs to understand when I bought an excessively expensive pair of shoes, from store and have proof of purchase for them to last less time than a pair of Primark shoes!! Donât make the same mistake as me! I have a pair of Russell and Bromley shoes that I bought 20 years ago that are in better condition, save yourself the disappointment and shop else where!
MalÃsima calidad
Compré unas sandalias en 2023, utilizadas solamente durante un par de meses en verano. La suela está en perfecto estado, pero la parte de piel en la que se apoya el pie está pelada. Pagué 118 euros por las sandalias que, a precio no rebajado, costaban casi 200. Me parece lamentable que unas sandalias de ese precio se pelen. A esto debemos añadirle la atención prestada por la propia marca (justificando esa "calidad").

Ich habe vor mehr als 7 Wochen ein Produkt zurÌckgeschickt und bis jetzt noch keine Refundierung erhalten. Trotz mehrfacher Urgenz beim Kundenservice ist das Problem nicht zu lösen.
Ich kann jedem Kunden nur abraten, bei pretty ballerinas zu bestellen.

He comprado Pretty Ballerinas desde que abrieron el stand en el Corte Inglés de Catalunya. Siempre han sido preciosas pero antes se encontraban bastantes modelos con suela de cuero. Cada vez han ido a menos.... ya casi no se encuentran con suela de cuero... Es un error: no hay nada como caminar sobre cuero... y para llevar suela de goma (que rebaja la calidad de los zapatos) son caras. Me he pasado a otras marcas que sà tienen la suela auténtica de cuero como parte esencial de sus zapatos. El resto es estética (muy bonita siempre) y lujo de escaparate, no del de los materiales nobles. Una pena porque los diseños son preciosos pero han rebajado la calidad real de la marca

Jâai passé deux commandes chez Pretty Ballerinas (deja, elles ne sont pas arrivées en même temps) et maintenant que je souhaite les retourner toutes les deux, je ne trouve même pas lâadresse de retour correcte, car elles ont été expédiées depuis lâEspagne. Le site web manque dâinformations claires, et aprÚs avoir contacté plusieurs fois le service client, je nâai reçu que des réponses pré-écrites et inutiles. En plus de cela, ils demandent aux clients de payer les frais de retour. Tout le processus est frustrant et loin dâêtre orienté client. Je nâai jamais eu une aussi mauvaise expérience dâachat en ligne. Je ne commanderai plus jamais !

Disappointing Service from Pretty Ballerinas Online
I love Pretty Ballerinas shoes but buying them online is a mistake. I purchased shoes from Pretty Ballerinas online in October, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The shoes took 12 days to arriveâfar too long for modern online shopping. Once they arrived, the fit was poor, and the front of the shoes was hard and uncomfortable.
I decided to return them, but there's no free return option. I had to pay £10 out of pocket to return the shoes via the post office, which already felt like a loss. If you're just wanting to try the shoes, buying online is not worth it.
The return process was slow and frustrating. After they finally received and acknowledged the return, they sent me a refund code. Since I paid via Klarna, I assumed the refund would be processed automaticallyâlike PayPal doesâbut it wasnât. The Klarna app still showed I owed money for the shoes I returned.
Resolving this issue with Klarnaâs customer service has been a nightmare. I had to raise a dispute, and now they need to contact Pretty Ballerinas to confirm the return. This level of inefficiency and lack of coordination between Pretty Ballerinas and Klarna is unacceptable.
In short, this was a disappointing experience with poor customer service on both sides. I cannot recommend Pretty Ballerinasâ online store, and Iâll avoid using Klarna for future purchases.

Die Lieferung klappt gut, die Paare werden einzeln versendet. Aber wenn man (zumindest aus Ãsterreich) ein Paar zurÃŒcksenden muss, dann stöÃt man auf Granit. Ich habe schon 6 Mails an Prettyballerinas geschrieben mit der Frage , wie man und wohin man das Paket zurÃŒcksendet. Es kommen immer nur englische Standardantworten (To initiate the return process please log in to your account and select the Returns option. ), aber es wird nicht auf die Frage eingegangen, geschweige denn gesagt, wohin ich das Paket senden soll. Man findet keine RÃcksende Adresse und unter den Bestellungen im persönlichen Account existiert keine RETURN OPTION. Das ist eine Frechheit.

I placed my order on June 28th for an event happening on July 11th. Your website states that delivery takes around 4-5 days. However, my order with your company has been stuck in Santa PerpÚtua de Mogoda, Spain, since June 28th with no movement for 9 days.
Your company is using GLS as the courier, and upon checking Trustpilot, I found they have the lowest ratings for trust and speed of delivery. I don't understand why Pretty Ballerina would use a courier with such poor reviews. I also believe it is your responsibility to follow up and chase the courier, but I have not seen any action from your side to date. This is poor service, and I will not be using your company again. If I don't receive my shoes before July 11th, I will be requesting a full refund.
I placed another order with a company in Australia, which promised delivery in 7 days , and I received it today (1 day early).
UPDATE : Please be cautious and read the small print regarding delivery times. I have spoken to their customer service, and the delivery lead times to the UK are ridiculously long. Their response to the excessively long lead times is that this is normal during their sale period, which seems to be constant. They won't contact their courier to chase the order.
I have to wait another week before I can request a refund, and this can only happen if I refuse the delivery when it finally takes place and provide proof of refusal. Then, I need to call them to inform them that I have refused delivery, after which they will process my refund within 4-5 days. Absolutely crazy.

I bought several pairs of Shirley pumps with elasticated trim in various colors over the years. Unfortunately they last only one season. The elasticated trim becomes slack and the shoes become loose. There is no way of repairing them. I got in touch with pretty ballerina but they were not interested. I took the shoes to a fancy repair shop who said it would cost £159 to repair. A total wate of money. Do not buy these shoes.
