Ordered the shoes online. They took approximately a week to be delivered. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the beautiful details of the shoes! I totally love them!

From the other hand, I would say that their shipping process is quite slow and the return policy is complicated, at least for me and my location.
I had to ship it back using my local post office meaning that I've lost quite of time/energy and I've paid a lot.
But their refund was really fast and I appreciate the customer's care effort.
I'm kindly asking Pretty ballerinas to expand their return policy for whole European countries.

Poor customer service from the Singapore franchisee. Gives the global brand a BAD NAME to customers who haven't shopped elsewhere and therefore won't know better. The Singapore franchisee does not allow exchange of size as long as it is a sale item. Oh, as long as you have even used a discount code, your right to even an exchange is relinquished. What? You have to give up your consumer's rights for a discount? Hello? They inserted a brief line about exclusions in one of the paragraphs on How To Return, but none of this is apparent in the first drop. It's very easy to miss these exclusions when you read the convoluted chunks of text in subsequent drops.What kind of nonsense is this? If your shoes have obviously not been worn, don't fit you and they have the correct size, why not just let you exchange so you can be happy with your purchase and put it to good use? Instead they want you to throw your money away on a pair of shoes you cannot wear and be an unhappy customer. Btw, Pretty Ballerinas International allows exchanges and refunds.

Appalling customer service !! Never received my order and wrote a few emails to them trying to clarify what happened and always just get an automatic response that customer service representative will respond and no one ever did !! It’s just a robbery !!! Need to contact my bank now to start a case against them to get my money back !((

Was hesitant to order a second pair (Rosario) due to bad things I have heard about delivery, but maybe I got lucky, all arrived in time and in good condition.

Good quality shoes, nice design but absolutely terrible customer service- do not recommend to buy shoes online!
I ordered 5 pairs and was advised will take 5-7 working days to receive them. Instead 2 of the pairs arrived within 3 weeks and I had to literary chase their customer service team 4 times to check when the other 3 pairs will arrive. At the end- over 5 weeks later- they responded saying it seems there was some sort of issues with the delivery - they could not even arrange a redelivery - they just refunded me the amount. So I ended up wasting time shopping for shoes that never arrived, chasing their customer team and was left with no shoes at the end! They didn’t even apologise nor offered me a voucher or anything. Horrendous service! Love the brand but will not shop from them anymore!
Poor experience from normally good company
Have always loved the shoes. Latest purchase it so good. £200 ably shoes, he decorative bar was badly tarnished. I was told to just rub it. That of course didn’t work. Told to return, at my expense, which I might be able to reclaim if indeed it was their fault. No they couldn’t replace I would have to order again (took 2 weeks for first pair to arrive) oh and they were now out of stock.
I resorted to self help, few blogs later I was rubbing toothpaste on the bar and it was shinning beautifully
I got no reply or apology from the company. As a loyal customer I have loved the shoes, loved the loyalty programme but definitely let down now the feedback form is in Spanish so I have been unable to complete
