I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company, and I feel it’s important to warn others before they make the same mistake I did.

First of all, the brand claims to be based in the UK, but every single product is shipped from China, which is NEVER mentioned anywhere during checkout. I only discovered this once the parcel finally arrived almost one month late, even though their website clearly promises 5–7 days delivery. That alone is already misleading.

When the items arrived, the shock got worse. The quality of the dresses is nothing like the photos or descriptions. The fabric feels cheap, the stitching is poor, and the sizing is completely inaccurate, Honestly, the products look absolutely nothing like what is shown online.

I contacted customer service immediately to return the items, and their response has been unacceptable. Instead of offering a real refund, they tried to give me $10 or $20 “compensation” and told me to keep all the items, even the ones I don’t want. When I insisted on returning them, they told me I have to pay for the return shipment to China, which costs almost as much as the total order. They refuse to cover the return cost, even though they are the ones who misrepresented the delivery times, the product quality, and the country of origin.

So at the end of the day, they make it almost impossible for customers to get their money back. This is extremely unprofessional, misleading, and feels very much like a scam. I wish I had never ordered from here, and I’m very upset that I wasted my time, money, and energy dealing with this company.

Please be careful the pictures are misleading, the quality is terrible, the delivery is extremely late, and the return policy is basically designed so you can’t return anything. I hope my experience stops someone else from going through the same frustration.

It’s been almost 3 weeks and I paid expedited shipping I have yet to receive a dress I ordered for a ball.

Oh my god!!! I’ve been online shopping for years and I’ve never seen anything like this!!!! As of today, it’s been a month and 10 days since I ordered a dress from this website and it looks like it hasnt even been shipped yet. I tried to contact the support team multiple times and absolutely no response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fake. Not a real company. Waited over 1 month for my order and never got it.

Don't buy because they're Chinese stealing videos from honest sellers, and in the package you'll find something completely different, especially rags.

I didn't get my sweater, and they charged my bank account 43.00 dollars , don't order from them unless you want your checking to go down, with out getting the product!!!

Pathetic from China and they 100%%%%% completely the WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!

Have not received my package since Feb28,2025. I paid for expedited shipping and the tracking number shows it has no been picked up by courier. They have no customer service phone numbers available, only email and their response is, please use tracking number that is unavailable. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! 🚨

Pretty Lil Gal is an absolute scam. I placed an order, and not only did it take forever to arrive, but when it finally did, the product was NOTHING like what was advertised. The quality is terrible, and customer service is nonexistent—they completely ignore emails and messages.

To make matters worse, they refuse to issue refunds or even acknowledge complaints. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. Total waste of money! 🚨

Total scam, dont buy from there! extremely poor quality

I purchased 4 dresses. None of them fit the same. My order was over $180, they offered me $20 refund or i can spend more than the order to ship back to China. The advertise refunds but this is not the truth! Do not buy from this site. The fabric was cheap and the sizing was awful! They will not even exchange sizes. Total scam!!

Terrible quality of the dress I ordered. Then you can't return the items unless you pay alot to ship it back to China and pay the customs fees. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

This dress looks s great! It fits well - is true to size and came out of the package ready to wear! I love it!

It was a hit. I recieved so many nice compliments at the wedding. Fit well, good quality and was unique.

Absolutely love this dress!! Looks exactly as the photo and it’s very nicely made. The hot pink is gorgeous!! I wore it to church on Mother’s Day and got many compliments. I am normally a size small or size 6 with an 34 C bust, 127 lbs. and I sized up to a medium and it fit perfectly.

The dress is made with thick linen material and is such a cute summer dress! I love everything about it
