Great communication. From intake, ordering, delivery times. I didn’t have to wonder where my order was.
All expectations + met. PreventiveMD kept me notified along the way. Recommend

My order arrived quickly and it was well packaged so that it was still chilled despite the 95-100 degree temps. I haven’t started the medication yet but so far, an excellent experience!

They responded quickly to all of my questions. Made sure the doc got the info about dose and pharmacy preference. When there was a problem with Boudreaux's pharmacy (pharmacy's fault) PreventiveMD got it resolved within an hour and the medicine shipped later that afternoon. Very fast. Very easy.

Quick processing and delivery - submitted on a Saturday, delivered the following Wednesday.

I was formerly using another company for my products, and came across PreventitiveMD through a friend's recommendation. The process was easy, timely, and I didn't feel pressured or rushed. The video call with the MD was enlightening, payment was simple... great experience, I'm glad I found them.

From the moment I signed up, the entire process was smooth and easy to follow. Anytime I had a question, someone got back to me quickly with a helpful answer, and I never felt like I was being rushed or treated like just another customer.

What really surprised me was that after my order arrived, the CEO actually called me personally to make sure everything had gone well. He asked about my experience, whether I had any questions, and genuinely wanted to know what they could do better. You don’t see that kind of follow-up very often, especially in healthcare.

It’s clear that the team cares a lot about the experience, not just processing orders. If this is how they treat every patient, they’re doing something right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve tried several telehealth platforms, and unexpected fees were always an issue. With PreventiveMD, the price was exactly what I paid—no hidden charges or confusing billing.

The experience was clear and straightforward, which built my trust in the company. Customer support was also excellent whenever I had questions. It’s refreshing to find a telehealth company that values transparency and makes things easy. This was such a better experience than I’ve had in the past. I definitely plan to stick with PreventiveMD.

As the founder of PreventiveMD, I wanted to personally experience every step of the patient journey before inviting others to use the platform. I completed the intake process, reviewed the educational materials, worked through the clinical workflow, and evaluated the overall experience from a patient's perspective. The process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the experience met the standard I hoped to create. While my perspective is obviously different from that of an independent patient, I believe it's important to use the service myself and continually improve it based on firsthand experience.
