We’ve reviewed your order, and unfortunately, it doesn’t qualify for cashback. According to the merchant’s report, the order was marked as “Canceled,” which makes it ineligible for cashback.

This situation doesn’t sound right, especially after you were previously told the full amount would be honored. While cashback is ultimately confirmed based on the merchant’s report (and can be reversed if a merchant later marks a transaction as ineligible or doesn’t pay out), we agree that the back-and-forth you described isn’t the experience we want for our users.

We’re going to escalate this internally right away and have our team take a deeper look at your case, including the prior communication and approval you received. If you can, please reach out to support@price.com with your account details and reference this review so we can prioritize it.
