5* SERVICE.

Was on time, was nice to catch up! Couldn’t recommend it anymore! Price was 2 pound cheaper than dashcars

As soon as I called....they remembered me from years ago and he called by my name 🤗😇
So lovely. I don't have a car now so Price will be my taxi from now on.
👌

On time very please t

Outstanding driver, smooth ride and heated and quiet ride. 5 out of 5

On time, nice friendly driver. Pride are my go to taxi firm

A very helpful and friendly driver.
Took all my bags to the boot for me and allowed me to get into the warm as it was -4 that morning. He gave me advice on where I could wait for my bus as it was early for shops to be open. On arrival he unloaded while I waited in the warm taxi🤗 very considerate 👍

Very friendly yet professional driver.
We were kept informed of pick up times and were texted when the driver was at our destination and what type of vehicle they were driving.
Very reasonable rates too
10/10

Almost 40 minutes late, when phoned office when 15 minutes late was told it was 2 minutes away.
Nice driver though

Was early for pick up so got to my destination early

Laura was a very friendly driver, punctual and good natured with a minibus full of party goers.

Promised me a taxi service, waited 1 hour, no taxi..
Only to find out 10 minutes after ringing, on their way, this happened twice... Third time was told, cab had a puncture, fair enough,
Please don't lie to your clients, saying on they are on the way!!.
Then rings me up to say no one available, as they have gone home!!
Unbelievable... Had a great service in the past... But left me alone to go home!

The driver was 5 mins early which was great.
We were collecting a small dog from kennel and he mentioned he wasn’t comfortable with dogs.
I reassured him this was a small dog would sit on my knee etc for the 10 mi journey and he was fine with that.
I was really impressed by the fact that someone who wasn’t comfortable with the situation honoured the booking and also helped me to load/ unload the dogs mattress at the end and was cheerful and professional throughout

Promt, friendly, clean car & polite

Great driver. Promptly on time if not early. Chatty, happy, all round brilliant. Deserved double time working today. See you in 4 hours for pickup
