Chiller failed only after a few months, company useless and not helpful at all. Do not recommend

Chiller Broke- Instead of helping me he jerked me around with silly requests for 2 weeks. Asking me leave it on for 8 hours and send a video- He wasted my time- Finally said he woudl send me a new compressor- I Knew he was lying so I found one and installed it myself- he never sent a new compressor.. I was dumb enough to believe he was trying to help me the 1st few days--...

Joe was very helpful working through some set up issues, highly recommend.

The cedar tub is stunning. The guys went to extreme lengths to get it delivered to my house safely in what ended up being a more complex delivery than they anticipated.

Initially I had a lot of problems with customs import tax etc and was disappointed.
But when primal ices customer service kicked in they did all they could to rectify the problems.
The product is excellent and has been an asset to my gym business.

The ice bath system arrived well-packaged and was easy to assemble. The chillers keep the water icy cold without consuming too much power.

I love that the tub is deep enough for full immersion but still compact enough to fill in smaller spaces. Practical and efficient design.

The controls are intuitive, and the temperature settings give me full control over my sessions. It's very user-friendly, even for beginners.

I purchased the Primal Ice Pro a few months ago. Although they state it is a 5 minute set up - it is not. They fail to mention that the hoses need to be heated to fit on the fittings. They fail to be clear about the extra parts. They fail to be clear about the pump and filter set up. The instructions lack a tonne of necessary information and I ended up calling in a plumber as I could not stop the leaks. The solution would be to send out a detailed, step by step video
- not one that says whack this here, poke that there and it hey presto. Problem number two - the chiller had in internal leak and after sending videos and photos as requested it took a phone call to the owner to get the issue resolved and they promptly send me a new chiller unit which works well. Third issue - again the lack of detail on the set up instructions is an issue. The filter was not filling up even after we primed it multiple times. I was informed by support that this was fine but I had concerns that the water wasnt being filtered (which it wasnt). Support sent me another video which again wasnt much help and seemed to leave details out. And after some head scratching we figured out how to solve the issue. Fourth issue - the filter is quite whiney. The chiller is noisier than I expected when it kicks in

Multiple times I had to call in people with plumbing knowledge to help and even they said the instructions were vague.
Now the Ice bath is finally set up it is holding temperature well. The bath seems well built but would be hesitant to recommend, which is a shame, as I was keen to support some young aussie guys and their business.

As a person living in a small apartment, I had space concerns. However, the Primal Tub’s small and compact design did not take a lot of space, while at the same time provided me with the performance needed in a bathroom.

This ice bath system has improved my sleep quality and reduced inflammation after intense workouts. I can't imagine going back to traditional recovery methods.

Shipping was fast, and the packaging was sturdy to prevent damage. Overall, a smooth buying experience paired with a top-notch product.

Sells faulty ice baths and refuses to honor warranties.

Had to wait a few weeks as they were on back order, but very pleased with the qaulity and its working nicely.

Very happy with this product.I had some issues setting it up,But Sam was there to resolve it.Chiller works perfect no issues whatsoever.Wake up every morning and straight into the ice bath.I love it..Would recommend this product to anyone...
