a ver...no es que algunas veces no encuentras algo bonito,hay periodos ,algunas veces encuentras lo que buscas ( me refiero a tu gusto ) y otras veces no....pero, ahora ya llevan una buena temporada han sacado pantalones hombres , cuando digo pantalones hombres me refiero a todo tipo de pantalones,cortos, bermudas ( piratas ) largos, tipo casual, etc, todos in cremallera ...ESTO ES IMPOSIBLE , HOY ESTUVE A PUNTO DE ACERCARME AL MOSTRADOR DONDE ESTAN LAS CAJAS DE COBRO Y GRITAR MI INDIGNCION...EL QUE TUVO LA IDEA,LA "IMBE...CIL" IDEA DE PONER TODAS LAS LINEAS CON PATALONES SIN CREMALLERAS PUES ,O ES UN CRETINO HACIENDO TODO A CACHONDEO....SIN PALABRAS....COMO MEAN LOS HOMBRES? BAJANDOLOS Y SENTARSE EN EL VATER? VENGA YA....TOTALMENTE UNA "IMBE...CILIDAD"

Nothing went wrong.I Wanted to buy summer wardrobe for 2 kids only to find out that they do not do click and collect at most of their branches in the north east so I am unable to purchase anything. They do not sell online so if you live in the sticks like me you go to H&M instead who do, do online shopping. I think click and collect should be available at all the stores not just in Cities. I will be honest, but I will find it very difficult to be constructive, as I have just discovered that Primark's customer service is shocking. They do not even understand the meaning of the term. I am a 67 year old lady who lives alone and have no family. Unfortunately I was rushed to hospital 3 weeks ago and taken into resus with heart problems, before being admitted for 2 weeks, This meant that I was unable to return some goods to Primark within the 28 day timeframe. I have spent several hours calling not only Head Office but also 4 stores to ask if I could have a couple more days to return the goods, as I am not long out of hospital. Nobody ever answers the phone, even at Head Office. In fact you are cut off after it rings a few times. Unlike Next and M & S and Roman, Primark does not "have a heart" and will not allow me to return £20 worth of goods a little late - even though I can provide proof. How could I possibly return on time, when I have been "blue lighted" with sirens into hospital? I have been told that you are unable to help. Your staff could not even wish me all the best. What sort of training do you give your staff? I am mortified to learn that this is what you think of your customers. I am seriously thinking of taking this to the papers.

Your employee a sales assistant at your Wolverhampton branch. Her name is Selina. She is exceptional, a credit to your store. Whatever the day or time she is cheerful, pleasant and welcoming. Always a smile and a quick chat. My daughter and myself have watched while we queue and she never changes whatever type of customer she is serving. I would be very grateful if Selina could be congratulated for her great attitude as previously stated she is a credit to Primark. WELL DONE SELINA

La peor empresa dónde he trabajado, durante dos meses recibiendo moobing laboral , bromas por mi orientación sexual, reportes falsos para forzar mi abandono… He visto cómo hacen llorar a la gente , cómo pierden las formas , la malas educación, entre otras cosas atroces alegando que una vez son directores y pasan el periodo de prueba , no se despide en la compañía. Ojalá alguien supervisara esto porque en 2 meses, me ha pasado lo que nunca en mis 14 años de trayectoria profesional. Espero que la gente se lo piense dos veces antes que trabajara aquí.

I bought eyelashes then as soon as I got home five minutes later I realised that they didn't come with glue so about ten minutes after I bought them I went back to the shop and asked to return them and I hadn't even opened them and they said no so I asked can you at least provide me with some eyelash glue and they said no so I didn't have a very good experience and think they should provide glue with all eyelash set I'm never buying eyelashes from primark again and I certainly don't recommend them at all hopefully you will reconsider putting eyelash glue with the eyelash sets not a separate thing for more then four pounds more -Daisy Mendes

I had a very frustrating experience in the Bournemouth store and have now emailed the help us Primark email three times since 21st Dec with no reply.
All this inconvenience over £10 but it’s the principle that matters. How can such a large retailer refuse to offer any alternatives if a receipt genuinely gets lost? I provided alternative proof of purchase. Baffling. I shall take to the phone now as email appears beyond this company!

After speaking to the girl at desk about the item being a gift and being too small, and not having a receipt she refused to exchange it. Said it was head office policy. It is appalling, so many people have very little these days and some may not have any other gift this year, which means if they can’t have an exchange they have nothing for Christmas!!! Well done Primark for NO Good Will to children this year! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Don’t buy from Primark. Disgraceful service. Out to make even more money from the poorer people.

Es imposible comprar en PRIMARK, son muy pocas tiendas por ciudad y se encuentran abarrotadas de gente, ponen la calefacción altísima y sientes que te ahogas adentro. Luego la odisea para pagar con largas colas siempre!!! Mi experiencia fue Terrible! Los ascensores no se pueden utilizar tampoco porque solo hay habilitado uno, igual los baños y probadores imposible de usar

Je suis allée au Primark Angers 3 jours après son ouverture et j’ai été déçue.
Le magasin est petit par rapport aux autres magasins de région parisienne (il n’y a pas d’étage) et surtout malgré une ouverture le 9 décembre : quasiment aucun article de Noël 😒, pas non plus de collection Harry potter et le comble pas de collection Disney (juste quelques articles mais vraiment rien à côté des autres magasins) je vais chez Primark uniquement pour ces 3 collections donc pas vraiment d’interêt si ce magasin ne les propose pas…

Went on the website and keep getting blocked until you enter an email address to sign up to their pestering you with offers..... stop trying to sell to us. let us decide to buy.

What’s the point is having a store and not making the products available to buy online!

Visited the Southend on Sea store which I have dome on several occasions and was looking for smart casual trousers, there was none to be seen and a pleasant shop assistant says they no longer stock them.

Bought a pair of sneaker, a shirt, and a pants, all were on sale but showed original price in the cashier, staffs were very impatient about it and won't bother to check when after discounted, the amount was still inaccurate.. the staffs in the fitting room won't stop gossiping about other customers. Do they pay to work there? That's why the attitude? Won't even go there no more even if they give away their products for free.

I was told if I was to contact customer services that you would be able to help. This week I tried to return some items that I bought before my holidays and I was refused the return or exchange for items I had taken to the till due to them being slightly outside the 28 return date.

I explained to the store attendant and then supervisor that I am 28 weeks pregnant and have been poorly and unable to return these items. The items I wanted to return total between £50- 60 which is a lot to lose with items that don't fit me and a few that didn't fit my children. As you are aware there is a bit of a culture with Primark that encourages us to spend freely with lower prices, however I am so disappointed that I have done that and been met with such a strict returns policy. As a bit of insight I would like to say I was 25 weeks pregnant when I bought these items, your changing rooms on the women's wear level were closed, the store was extremely hot, staff directed me to other changing rooms that were just as busy and then then I queued for about 30 minutes to make my purchase. Its really hard and a challenge to shop there when you are not pregnant never mind pregnant.

At the very least I was only expecting to exchange - no more but I travelled all the way to Warrington to have a wasted journey and it just really upset me as other retailers (like New Look) didn't even ask they just did the returns without a query. I was even more disappointed that the human factor didn't exist to understand the challenges as a pregnant woman in your store has had and why I just bought items without trying on.

With other retailers relaxing their returns policy, some going to unlimited! It’s clear that it encourages repeat purchases that are far more valuable.

PRIMARK VALUE NO ONE just want you in and out of their stores and your money. Zero service. Get to a better shop, plenty that have better quality online and in stores like new look that deliver to your door and don’t have this issue. First store that I’ve ever known not to even exchange with a receipt even after the date! It was a day or two!

We recently visited the centre:MK primark and was very disappointed and disgusted at the attitude and laziness of the staff. Both myself and my husband visited the beauty section to have our eyebrows waxed. There was a lady in front of us asking for the same service… the member of staff on the reception couldn’t be less enthusiastic. She point blank said no to the lady I. Front of us.. and to myself and my husband… saying they were busy when the whole of the beauty section was completely empty. I am bringing this behaviour to your attention because your staff are turning away paying customers just to have an easy day. But are giving your company a very bad reputation for poor customer service
