un agent as tiré le rideaux de la cabine lors de mon essayage ,et quand j'ai réclamé en lui expliquant que ce n'est pas normal ce qu'il a fait , son chef venu et il m'as empêché de prendre les vêtements qu'ils été dans la cabine pour les acheter en plus de ça il m'as fait sortir du magasin en escortant devant les gens , comme si je suis un voleur , est ce que vous trouver ça normal ?
je voudrais bien remonter tous information aux grands gérants et patrons du primark .

After being told I could not have a refund or exchange in Milton Keynes, Midsummer Bouldevard store, I told the cashier I would pay for another item at a different till; it was to allow me to transfer some money to my account, not wanting to hold up another customer. The manager and cashier did not believe I was going to pay for the item downstairs and reported me to security. I was covertly withheld in the store by cashiers who thought I had stolen a £3.00 pillowcase! They interrogated me publicly wanting to know why a pillowcase was not with a quilt cover. I reported this to their complaints department who wanted to blame the security staff, however it was the cashiers not the security staff who would not let me go. Gaining insight into the complaints advisor wanting to shift the blame on to the private security company I withdrew the complaint and the complaints advisor responded that I should not contact them anymore.

Me encanta comprar en Primark!! suelo comprar en Primark de Parquesur(Leganes), l@s dependient@s que allí trabajan son muy amables! ayer me atendió NANI que fué eficaz y supermaja, como clienta que suelo ir a comprar mucho a comercios: se agradece la amabilidad! Primark forever!🥰🤗🤩

En el Primark de Lagoh el personal es desagradable y muy borde, a mí y a compañeras no nos han respetado el absoluto

Compré online el día 12/12/23 una tarjeta de regalo de 50€ para que la recibiera mi hija como regalo de Navidad el 24/12/23 y a fecha de hoy, con dos reclamaciones por mail, aún no he recibido respuesta de ningún tipo.
Muy mal.
Hoy día 29/12/23 ha recibido la tarjeta porfín. Al final se agradece aunque tarde, pero se agradece.

Management at the primark store in Belfast hang your head in shame for your totally unacceptable behaviour towards a member of staff who was wearing a Christmas jumper with merry Christmas written in irish. Disgusting is an under statement. I for one will never ever step foot in a primark store again

Tried to exchange an item for larger size. Met with rudeness, unprofessional behaviour, refusal to assist, lack of interest. Requested the manager attend. Scruffy badly dressed individual arrived with the same attitude.
There are other department stores in preference to this one in Lincoln UK that would enjoy giving good customer experience. This store is not one of them. Avoid.

Da igual si vas en blackfriday o en días normales, los precios siempre son muy buenos. Para mi gusto lo mejor son las cositas de hogar y bisutería :)

No me puedo creer que Primark permita que se usen páginas fraudulentas en su nombre

Me compré una maleta XL de Primark que se supone aguantar un mínimo de peso de 25 kg. En la tienda, pregunté a los atendente que me han confirmado que la maleta había garantía, aquí tengo todos los comprobantes.
Que pasa es que tras solamente un viaje dónde he usado la maleta para transportar 23kg la rueda se estropeó, porque claramente está hecho en un material muy malo y qué no aguanta absolutamente nada.
Tras ir a la tienda y contactar con el atendimento al cliente, no me dan respuestas clara y me marean para no solucionar mi problema.

No recomiendo esta maleta ni siquiera ningún productos de Primark, parece que los productos están hechos para ser desechables y nadie te da orientaciones de como solucionar el problema.

Ya no volveré a comprar nada ahí.

I was super excited about the store opening at Concord Mills in NC but was hugely disappointed. The event was disorganized with zero transparency to event details. Especially regarding gift cards, I asked several team members about handing out gift cards and no one knew whether or not there would be any. Also, the team members were very rude when answering my questions. I also talked with a couple contractors (people with the contractor badge) working for the event and they were very unfriendly as well. I felt prejudice and discrimination from one contractor who showed extreme discrimination and malice toward me when I asked him about today’s event details. Again, super disappointed and hope the store can improve.
