Great experience with Prime Aluminium. I ordered a bifold door and four windows and the quality is excellent. Everything looks modern, feels solid, and works perfectly. The team was helpful and kept me updated throughout, and delivery was on time with no issues. Highly recommend.

We found Prime Aluminium excellent to deal with. Holly really went out of her way to be helpful and to make sure we got what we wanted. Really pleased with the windows too, they really match the rest of the house.

The communication throughout the process was second to none. We ordered a few unique windows and doors and Prime Aluminium (in particular Holly’s support) was fantastic. I said this to them direct but I was all parts of our build were as easy going as buying windows off them.

Plus the windows and doors have come and there were packaged and look great

I ordered glass doors, was given a delivery date, and the doors then arrived one day early when noone was home leaving me to arrange for my lovely neighbour to take delivery. This would not usually be a problem, as we all like to get things early.
However when I arrived home that night it became apparent that only the door frames had been delivered (with no glass). I called Prime Aluminium to query why there was no glass in the doors - unbelievably I was told that the glass was manufactured by another company and mistakenly had not been ordered by Prime Aluminium. I was then given another date for the glass to arrive a week later and today I have been told that it is not arriving today as promised after all. The door frames which were now delivered a week ago are still blocking up my hallway, and I am waiting for confirmation from Prime Aluminium as to when the glass will be delivered so I can re-arrange the fitter and bulky refuse collection of my old doors.
This should have been a simple job and I do not understand how Prime Aluminium can be so incompetent and still be in business.

I recently purchased from Prime Aluminium, and I couldn’t be happier! The products are exactly what I needed. The delivery was incredibly fast, and I couldn’t find a better price anywhere else. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases for our extension. Highly recommend!

Holly was amazing, we were let down from our builders for doors- holly right away supported me finding the right doors , sizes answered ALOT of my questions.

The delivery was super speedy and was over and above my expectations.

Went onto the website and found a link to 'Get a quick online quote'. Sounds good. Except its a lie. It's takes you to a page where you choose from a very broad category of product then you have to send your personal details and a picture/description and presumably (after they have added your details to their database) they email you back and eventually I suppose you get a price. Guess what, Guys, that is NOT an online quote!

Absolutely outstanding from the minute I dealt with them. Been using another window company for 15+ years as a developer so it took a lot for me to change supplier. But Holly and the team were fantastic and the service I’ve received is exemplary. Really really happy I made the switch and can’t recommend them more highly.

Prime Aluminium was okay overall. They delivered my new doors faster than expected and offered competitive pricing. Communication was decent, but fitting wasn’t included, so I had to arrange an installer separately. Quality was fine, but the process felt slightly inconvenient. Not the best experience, but reasonable service and value for money.
