Great company to deal with and really pleased with final results. Thanks Joel, Tom and the team.
Very quick turn round for quotes and the numerous small changes required to make sure it was compliant with the grant.
Always replied to email or phone call quickly if not straight away and kept us informed on next steps all the way through the process.
Difficult job as had to work around roofers but the final results were worth it.
Highly recommend and have already passed on feedback to a friend who needs new windows.

Prime Glazing have just finished replacing all the windows and front and back door at our 3 bedroom detached house in Upton Chester. They did an excellent job and I can thoroughly recommend them. Joel and Tom were polite, courteous and efficient. The price quoted was reasonable and they did exactly what they said they would do in terms of delivery and fitting. The fitters were very good and left everything clean and tidy. I am very happy with the finished product.

Joel from the start was fantastic he went through everything in detail and had me booked in. The lads who turned up were professional and hard working, I was having 3, doors and 9 windows put in and they did it in 2, days, they cleaned up as they went and even rendered after fitting the windows . I would highly recommend Prime Glazing as they are good value and great service, thanks for all your work, the windows and doors look amazing.

Adam came out talked us through are options was very helpful in are choice of design. The fitters turned up on the day arranged on time and did a fantastic job on fitting are windows and were very friendly. Once finished they cleaned up and left everywhere tidy and clean. Will definitely have them back to do are extension doors and windows.

Prime Glazing
Prime Glazing are a local, family run, business. Really nice job done, any unforseen problems with fitting were dealt with professionally and to our satisfaction. Would recommend them, and are going to use them again ourselves very shortly.

Superb quality patio doors and service.
From start to finish Prime Glazing have been superb. Their customer service is second to none. Easily 10/10.
All the advisors, fitters and surveyors have been incredible. Very professional and always showed up on time.
Our new porch doors and windows are of excellent quality and have made a a real difference both with warmth and noise. We’ve already booked them again. Thank you.

From the initial enquiry to the installation of new windows and door we have been very impressed.
The fitters were very respectful of our home throughout and the standard of fitting was very high.
I would not hesitate to recommend Prime Glazing to family and friends.

Before Christmas we had our garage…
Before Christmas we had our garage doors removed and replaced with French doors. The fitters were excellent and even fitted a drain under the door for us. We are extremely pleased with the final look and how much easier it is for us to use. Would definitely recommend!

We cannot recommend Prime Windows highly enough. Fantastic service from start to finish. There was an issue with 1 window but Joel and Tom resolved it immediately with no stress at all for us. Neil and Adam did a fantastic job fitting the windows and left the house cleaner than they found it ! Thanks to the whole team for all their hard work.

Stop looking.. They are the one you need!!
They are amazing professionals. From the first moment Adam came in for a quote, it was clear we choose wisely. Absolurely outstanding service. Windows are custome made so it takes jist few weeks to book in the actual service. 2 doors and 4 windows changed in half a day.. No mess left around. They were cleaning as you go. I was impressed. Andxthe respect and education is really appreciated. The house changed completely and the house is so warm now. I needed heatings on 10 hr a day.. now an hour in the morning and one in the afternoon. That's it!!! Hugely reccomended
