Our original estimate to move from Northern Idaho to AZ was $5168. Three days before the move it jumped to $19,980. They said it was because we needed a 46’ truck. On moving day they showed up with a... もっと見る

From my initial phone call to wrapping…
From my initial phone call to wrapping my box, the attention I received made me feel like the only customer in the world. The crew that relocated the bookstore's headquarters was careful, attentive, and friendly, making the entire process smoother.
Thank you for making it so easy
Thank you for making it so easy. Everything went smoothly.
Horrible
Horrible. Promised me an accurate quote, promised they would not move my stuff to multiple trucks. Everything was a lie. Stuff was 2 days late after they asked me to get there a day early. Damaged multiple items and lost my entire bed frame. Made me sign the bill of lading BEFORE they would unload, so now claim is denied. Won’t even cover minimal claim for a fraction of what they lost/broke.
Deceitful
How is it that there are either "1" or "5" reviews and nothing in between?
The "1" have full content, with examples, which are the EXACT situations we are experiencing. Not sure if we will ever see my daughters items. Its been 20 days and they have lied, on each and every call, commit and answer.
The "5" must be family of the owner or employees. No way this company is providing highly efficient service to some clients, will robbing the others blind.
They should be put in jail, for fraud. Taking advantage of folks not understanding is shameful.
I’d give less than a star if I could
I’d give less than a star if I could. This company is absolutely a scam in every way. Salesmen completely took advantage of me over the phone, gave me a quote, and then the movers arrived, (it was only then that I realized they themselves were an outside hire, and didn’t know anything about the salesman I mentioned). The movers told me I would have to pay more than double what I was quoted and I felt like I had no choice so I signed on the new quote as I was flying out to my new location the next day. I was told I would have my stuff within three days, and 10 days later my stuff (Studio apartment amount of stuff) arrives in a huge trailer truck with a bunch of other peoples stuff and it is so big they can’t even turn said truck into the back of my building. They then proceed to tell me that they need to rent a U-Haul for another $400 to be able to get my stuff out and then move it into my building, which I refuse to do. I demanded for them to take my stuff out of the trailer and leave it on the street so I could figure out how to get it into my new apartment, and they refused to do that until I paid my full balance. Essentially, they were holding my things hostage until I paid the full balance—a full balance that was more than double the original quote, that I was pressured into signing under duress, for a job they didn’t even complete. When I gave them the money, they put my stuff on the sidewalk and left. Thank God I had friends to help me actually get it inside. It was the worst experience I could’ve ever imagined, and $7000 later I got less than a studio apartment’s amount of things on the sidewalk. Do not employ this scam of company.
Where is my stuff??
My items were picked up by Mak Elite Transport LLC, on 6/30. No one can tell me where my stuff is or when it’s coming and it’s 7/17. Aside from raising the price over $4k, I have no idea where any of my stuff is and it’s impacting me greatly in more ways than one. Would like to know how or when I’m getting my belongings.
Avoid Primeline vanlines at all costs!!!
Like every other story they orginally quoted me $2038. Once they show up and take a video the price jumped to nearly $5k. After negotiating over the phone and taking items off it ended up being over $4500. I told them I'm a veteran and retired and want to get my things moved to my retirement place. They never call back, won't answer the phone. If they ever do answer the phone (Ryan) promises he'll call back with some estimate of delivery times. They loaded me on June 30th in Phoenix. On the 16th of July still not answering, have no idea where my things are or when they will arrive in Texas. What a complete scam!!
Elder Abuse
If I knew then what I know now, I would not have used this criminal enterprise. I was quoted a moving price of $4,744.60 on 3/26/24. I was told that it would take 10 business days for my goods to be delivered to my new home. That's why I signed up with their service and made an electronic deposit of $1,531.94. They called me back, prior to my move date, and asked me to take an accurate inventory of everything I needed them to move. I called them back with the inventory. The moving price went to $7,395, and I had to up my deposit by $1,843.00. When the movers got to my home, they were called Ryder Relocations. After they loaded their truck, I was told that my move would cost me $11,465, and I needed to give them a check for $6,000 with the remainder of $2,090 due upon delivery in cash. Their inventory list was partly ineligible, and woefully short of the inventory list I had given Primelinvanlines. Our daughters were taking their brother's things home in a UHaul, so they took as much as they could with them. I had to rent a Uhaul truck and car hauler to take as much as possible of what they left behind. When my goods finally arrived at my new home, it was 30 days later, the mover was from Kingdom Moving. There was plenty of breakage, and was short of what was sent.
Should be Crime Line Van Lines
The company provided a quote for $1876 on 8 June 2024 after spending one hour reviewing the entire inventory of a one-bedroom apartment. Took $834 deposit to reserve the date. Movers showed up 1.5 hrs early at 6:30AM instead of 8AM to 12PM window. Foreman threatened to charge wait fees unless I could wake up my son while I was traveling to the site. Move completed in 30 minutes with inventory matching list on the quote. Foreman began ranting about "cubes" and hitting the calculator, saying my quote was way too low. He said I owed him $4200 total, and he needed $3400 cash immediately, or items would be unloaded onto the street. Obviously this was impossible for me to provide. Foreman took the $1000 I was prepared to pay saying that would allow him to take my items to storage. Forced me to sign a document he said just confirmed the inventory and management would work out the price difference. Customer support said I owed them an additional $2200 to get my items back. The other option was to not pay the $2200 and they would charge me $1486 storage fees and send my stuff to auction. Complete extortion. This is a criminal organization.
I am not good at picking the right…
I am not good at picking the right helpers or service providers, but this time, my luck worked; these movers have been the finest service providers I've ever encountered. Highly suggested.
Do Not use this company!!
Do Not use this company!!! They underestimate your quote then when the movers arrive they are a different company that was contracted out who can barely speak good English then they triple the estimate made and tell you they will leave your stuff if you don’t pay more and of course by the time this happens no one from Primeline Van Lines is available by phone. My shipment went from just over $5k to over $14k. I only had one skinny guy show up to load my belongings and it took from 10:30am to 7:30pm; he scratched up the floors of the house I was moving out of so there goes my security deposit from the house I was renting. I had to help carry and load the larger items and I had to leave items behind because he wouldn’t stack boxes so only so much fit in the truck…Total BS!! Now I’m still waiting on delivery and recently got a call from a different company and could not make out half of what this guy was saying other than needing to pay cash or certified postal check when I was told by Primeline I could do all this via credit card cause who carries cash like that around and there are limits and fees for ATMs. As a military veteran I urge you all to seek out a different company cause this literally has been the worst experience I have ever had.
Rate as O stars.!
Rate as O stars.
Horrible experience.
Pick up was on 6/14, tried to charge client an extra $2K.
Loading time took a long time, only 1 man, delayed the client’s personal departure.
Company very unprofessional, did not provide itemized receipts or legible insurance documents, could not offer approximate date for delivery.
Outsourced belongings and when calling customer service could not provide any tracking info on delivery date.
Belongings showed up with a few minute warning on 7/3, what should have been a 2 day drive and tried to extra charge again.
This company should not be in business.
What a stressful experience, wondering if belongings would ever arrive!
Liars Do Not waste your $$
Liars! "We are not a broker" "Veteran owned and operated" Drug test every two weeks. " I'll be with you till the delivery".
After I paid -now the truth shines. Not picking up on the day required and no delivery date. Oh boy feeling scammed 😭
Still worst company showed up late at…
Still worst company showed up late at every step of the process looking for additional ways to charge you. DO NOT USE THIS Company!!!
HORRIBLE COMPANY!
This company is a complete fraud. Do NOT do business with them. They misrepresent their service, they do not communicate, they are unclear and dishonest in every aspect of the process. I fortunately figured it out before actually letting them take my items, mainly because they didn't come pick them up when scheduled. At least I'm not losing my possessions as other people have. However, they are stealing $1200 with no services rendered. I don't know how the employees of this company sleep at night! I repeat DO NOT do business with this company. Read the 1-Star reviews and trust what those people are saying. Zero stars should be an option!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! We moved from Arizona to Idaho. Our belongings were in a storage facility, so everything was in boxes and bins, securely sealed, wrapped, etc. When we made arrangements with Primeline Van Lines, we gave them our inventory list, agreed upon a price and were assured that Primeline WAS NOT a BROKER!! We even called them 3 times to verify that they were a carrier-NOT A BROKER!! So we made arrangements for my husband to meet with a driver who WORKS FOR PRIMELINE and would arrive in a PRIMELINE TRUCK at the storage facility to pick up our belongings. We were also told that our belongings would be delivered within 4-7 days after pick up. So on 4/15/24 my husband goes to meet with a Primeline employee in a Primeline truck at our storage facility-and that’s when we found out how crooked they are!!
1. Some guy shows up in a plain white rented truck, not wearing anything identifying himself as a “Primeline” employee
2. My husband opens the door to our storage unit-first thing the guy says is “It’s going to be another $1000”! He hadn’t even put ONE SINGLE THING in the truck!!
3. Instead of delivering our belongings to our new home as we were told-they were taken to a warehouse in LAS VEGAS!! My husband tried to contest but the guy didn’t care!
Meanwhile I was in Idaho trying to call and get answers, but I kept getting put on hold and hung up on!! When I finally spoke with someone they told me our belongings had to sit in their warehouse until there was another delivery by us!! We were NEVER told any of that!! Then the next Monday a supervisor told us our belongings were being loaded on a truck and we’d have them in a few days, and to call dispatch the next day for an exact day and time of delivery. So that next day we did-and waited for a call back-but no one ever called.
Our belongings were picked up on April 15, 2024 and they weren’t delivered to us until May 7, 2024.
All of our boxes had been opened and gone through, as well as our bins. We have several things missing, including jewelry, antiques, collectibles and even odd things like lids to pots and pans, lamp shades, the leaf to our kitchen table. We also have several things that are broken, furniture, our computer, a tv. We tried to file a claim with their insurance but it doesn’t go anywhere.
The young man who delivered our belongings was the only employee who was honest and respectful.
Again-STAY AWAY FROM PRIMELINE VAN LINES!!!
Horrible company
Horrible company. Scammers. Quoted $5k for a job, went up additional $12K the week of the job. No refund of deposit. Sending a demand letter. The scope of the job did change, but had several quotes at $10K. Basically just trying to price gouge a customer because they thought they had me by the balls. Hopefully my bank can get the funds back.
Top-notch!
Moving was easy for me because Primelinevanlines had a lot of storage room and great packing services.
GOOD MOVERS😍
I'm happier than ever right now. They come highly suggested because they provide quick service and communicate clearly.
Well Done!
The move was easy thanks to the two individuals who helped us. They took special care of our stuff, constantly treating it like it was their own.
