No response

Placed an order on 29/05/26 but the order has still not been processed. I have contacted the company various time via email, phone, online chat and WhatsApp but have had no response. Wouldn't recommend this company based on its poor customer service.

cancelled order

Ordered an outdoor fridge that was on offer, received an email confirming order, next day email received to say order cancelled with no reason as to why, phoned and left them a message and also sent an email, they replied saying the promotion price had ended and it was back up to full price. It was not full price when it was ordered. Not a happy customer

Totally useless

Totally useless. Just cancelled my order with no reason or email informing me that it had been cancelled. Very poor customer service. Joke of a company. Buyer beware.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we did contact you directly regarding your order.

On Friday, 24 October at 08:42 AM, we emailed you to explain that unfortunately, the item you ordered cannot be shipped to Northern Ireland, and for that reason, your order had to be cancelled. As stated in that message, no payment was captured, and the cancellation was processed immediately after sending you the notification.

We understand this may have been frustrating, but we did our best to communicate as soon as we received confirmation from the supplier. If you’d like, we’re happy to resend the original email for your reference.

Great Customer Service

Prompt delivery and excellent communication. I had a small issue with my order and their customer services were a breath of fresh air. They were proactive in resolving the issue and very satisfactorily.

Would 100% shop with them again
