Amazing quality ( whistler Bibery 3 ) purchased from garden box , thanks for the professional service, enjoying the experience of learning the cooking characteristics of this top quality fully stainless steel BBQ, 🥂🥂🥂

Through my own stupidity I threw out the hot water feed tail for the sink unit thinking only cold water tail was required.... clealry not the case so I spoke and sent a subsequent email requesting support and within less than 24 hours I received a dispatched replacement. Great service , cant be faulted!! Big thanks....

Purchased a bibury 3 from Gardenbox which arrived within 7 days but was severely damaged in transit. After emailing Gardenbox who informed Whistler a replacement unit arrived 2 days later. Excellent service and the replacement unit is in perfect condition. Very happy with my bbq for life.

You only know how good a company is, when you have a problem. The handles on my Circenster 6 BBQ had started to bubble, so I reached out to Whistler and their customer service is simply superb. They have re-designed new brackets made of stainless steel, and sent them at no cost. When I am ready to add more bits to my outside kitchen I will not go any where else.

I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to do so on this occasion.

What an incredible BBQ... A serious upgrade from my previous two Webber's (Genesis 2) where the undercarriage and legs simply rotted away in under 5 years being so close to the coast. (Despite having a cover on, the stand is made of cheap, horrible metal which rusted away and caused the casters to eventually fall off).

This is a proper BBQ which will stand the test of time... Sure, it's expensive, but I've paid twice so don't make the same mistake.

This is a great product and having had this for a few weeks would argue it's actually worth every penny.

Since purchasing this I've added a smoke box which adds to the BBQ flavour. The back burner (comes as standard) is superb and is a superb addition.

I can't recommend this BBQ enough.. It's simply brilliant!

Bought my Whistler Bibury 4 from a Room Outside in Limerick, Katelyn was fantastic to deal with, very professional and an expert on BBQ’s, no question or advice was a problem. The Bibury 4 is a quality machine and a pleasure to use and clean, I’m looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.

I Purchased a Whistler Bibury 3 BBQ.
This BBQ had all the features I required, fully 304 Stainless steel construction, rotisserie and a griddle plate. Other optional extras are available.
If you are looking for a top of the range BBQ I would recommend them.
I had a few queries which when I contacted customer support were quickly answered.
I’m looking forward to it lasting many years.

What an amazing Grill. The team at whistler have been superb and all the information was spot on. Ive cooked for a a number of friends on this and what a piece of kit. Our latest cook was Christmas Day when we cooke a Turkey crown on the rotisserie. Bibury 5

I was a little disappointed that part of the handle (bracket) on my Cirencester 4 had started to delaminate (10 months old), but a quick mail to the Customer Support team and 2 days later a replacement set arrived.

Fantastic service from when we first made contact right upto the delivery of our outdoor kitchen , Debbie and the team from chimes very helpful on any questions I had about the products we purchased, delivery team were polite and respectful and delivered kitchen to where I wanted ..even though there’s a 50mtr walk to the garden and the product itself is perfect, well built, solid can’t wait to get cooking 👌

I can't praise this company's customer service highly enough.
Last weekend I was using my 4 burner Cirencester to cook Pizzas for the kids. I had all four burners on high to get the correct temperature to cook the Pizzas. I stupidly left the BBQ on full with the hood down while I served the kids lunch.
The excessive heat distorted the control knobs and surrounds.
I contacted Whistler customer services with photographs of the damaged knobs and asked for replacements and how I should pay (pro forma invoice, BAC's etc).
The knobs and surrounds were sent out to me within days, customer services advised me the replacements were complimentary.
I fully expected to pay for the parts as the damage was clearly my fault.

Top quality product and service. I have the product for 12 months and could not be happier with the product. Great for hosting large groups and small gatherings. Excellent customer service if something goes wrong, I had a recent issue that was solved very quickly by Jo. I highly recommend the product. Richard
