Poor customer service

Poor customer service, very rude!! Sent my order to a different address and told me that I have to look for it.

After a thorough review of your order, all related communication, and our complete system audit trail, I’d like to clarify two important facts: (1) The shipment was sent to the exact address entered at the time the order was placed. Our system logs explicitly record that all original order details—including the shipping address—were entered directly by the customer. (2) The audit trail confirms that when our team assisted in updating the plug type, no changes were made to the shipping address at any point—only the SKU of the printer was updated.

We understand that this situation is frustrating. However, the documented order history clearly shows that the delivery was completed based on the information provided at checkout. Our team worked in good faith to help locate the shipment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The unit is currently being returned to us, and we were prepared to promptly reship it to the correct address upon receipt. We also note that a chargeback has now been initiated through your credit card provider. Given the fully documented order history and confirmed delivery details, we will be submitting complete supporting documentation as part of that process.

the experience is great

the experience is great, delivery was fast, got everything I needed on time. The funny thing about the delivery is that I was talking to my husband about my order and saying that my order was supposed to be here by now and behold no more than an hour he calls me and says that the order just got here. Primera Thank You.

Outrageous shipping and ink prices!

Ink is overpriced and shipping is outrageous. Why not offer post office delivery for a few dollar? I don't need to pay $18 for fast shipping!
* raised my rating to 4 stars after receiving an email explaining the pricing. I understand that tariffs are driving ink prices up and Primera is working on offering USPS shipping. I won't go to 5 stars because they should have addressed the shipping long before this.

You’re right that we should have addressed shipping sooner. With our recent eCommerce upgrade, we’re now actively working on adding USPS to provide lower-cost options, which we expect to have available within the next 30–45 days.

We also appreciate your understanding on ink pricing. Tariffs have impacted costs, and while we absorbed them for a period of time, we ultimately had to make adjustments. If conditions improve, we will revisit pricing.

My ink is always shipped super fast

My ink is always shipped super fast. I haven’t had an issues. But I’ve heard the customer service will do whatever they can to help if there are any issues. Also appreciate there’s an option to live chat!

Best Automatic Labeler I've Used

I've been using a manual, hand crank label machine for about a year. It has been great, but it is much more tedious in every aspect of the labeling process. From having to turn the handle for each label, to having to line them up perfectly, to taking so much time to switch out labels, you basically have to take the machine apart to swap on label rolls. I can across your labeling machine in my search and I tried to read as many reviews as I could. And from some of the reviews, I was worried about labels wrinkling or not always be applied to the bottles perfectly because some of my bottles are small, lightweight, and I sometimes I will fill label my bottles while they are still empty, making them either lighter. This machine is a beast! My only regret is not getting it sooner. This thing is FAST. It's way more accurate than the manual machine. And swapping out label rolls, thank you! Because the way you guys have it, it couldn't be easier. I can swap a roll of labels and be ready to go in seconds. I love the labeling machine! Thank you!

Super excited

Website easy to navigate

Website easy to use. Product information clearly labeled along with description and use. Helpful videos on how to maintain equipment and install parts. Customer service for Eddie printer has also been great!

Great customer service

Great customer service. Fast shipping. Was quite disappointed with the speed of the 4202 unit, (replaced a 4102 publisher).
