I spoke to a very nice lady, Katie {?}, asking a LOT of questions about Eddie. She very patiently answered all and was so personable about it! This gave me a view of Primera's customer service so I ordered my Eddie that day! Looking forward to learning everything I can about this wonderful machine!

Was able to the printer and cartridge that I needed to complete the projects that coming up shortly, with help from two different agent, that gave me the same information.
