IF YOU HAVE A SIZEABLE BARGE POLE, TOUCH THEM WITH IT, OTHERWISE AVOID
If you could award raspberries instead of stars they would get 5. This company has the worst customer service I have come across anywhere in the world. They tell you implausible lies to cover gross incompetence, poor networking and you end up paying over the odds for very poor download and upload speeds. Been with them 18 out of 24 month contract and am moving. Thats another 50 euros they neglect to tell you about!! THEY WERE DUE TO CONNECT US ON 4TH JANUARY 2019 but were six weeks LATE IN DOING SO. Only an ultimatum to go elsewhere (which I really wish we had!!) got them out of their chairs to do our initial connection (two hours before my ultimated deadline)
I am paying 36 euros a month for 20MB downloads and am lucky to see above 7MB Ever. Result is ever scrolling and freezing TV and streaming, regularly thrown of net mid search. They will also tempt you with 6 months cheaper but watch small print as these are TWO YEAR deals and trust me, you do not want to be tied with this shoddy outfit a second more than you have to.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. Check out the local Facebook pages for forums on internet providers. The local indepent ones are usually much more friendly

Worst network provider. They never answer the phones and at the mobile phones there is NEVER signal. Very disappointed.

Not bad, not great
Cheaper than their main competitor, service somehow a bit better. Reception isn't that good across all Cyprus but quite fair for the urban areas. Mobile data costs are quite high and speeds are sluggish.
