I ordered the BOGO 5lb tubs over a week ago. I am still yet to receive even a confirmation email nor a shipping email. Luckily i screenshot order and confirmation numbers. I have tried contacting the company via phone, text, email, and facebook...no one has responded. The money came out of my account instantly. I just want an update. They should hire a few more people to answer the phone. If you see this primeval labs, I'd just like a refund please.

My girlfriend ordered on Memorial Day weekend. A few weeks went by without receiving any tracking information or updates about the order. I asked my girlfriend to send them an email asking about the order, she was told they were out of stock on the items she ordered. No one cares to contact her or tell her they were out of stock or ask her if she wants to substitute the product with something else. They told her she could get a different flavor but didn’t ask her which one she wanted they just told her they will send the order soon. A few weeks later she has finally recieved tracking information after a month and a half of almost no communication from the Primeval Labs team. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Still waiting on my order almost 2 months now. What's going on with my order? This is ridiculous I've never had this issue before with any other products from other companies. Something needs to happen as your company was quick to withdraw the payment but no product was delivered to me.

Has anyone read the warning label on the product ,which states that consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead ,which is known in the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects..please give some feed back on this note

So, I downloaded the primeval labs app because I wanted to order some amino’s. It was recommended as a good company with good quality products which I still believe. But , when I went to order , my total with discount for a bottle of EAA’s was 26 bucks and then they hit me with shipping which was 49.99 ! Ridiculous! 50 bucks for standard 2/5 day shipping? Give me a break. What a ripoff

The quality of the products is really good. However, the shipping is pretty slow. Stay away from this company if you want to get your shipping fast

I really like Primeval products my workouts are producing results because I have more energy and am exercising longer. Mega pre to start vasogorge EEA’s during and after couldn’t be happier

My order came on time especially in this rough time it still came early and this product gives me the energy I need.

I purchased two tubes from Primeval Labs. One EAA MAX -WATERMELON which was fresh and fantastic to use however, the second tube MEGA PRE- SMASHBERRY sadly, as soon as I opened the smell was a NO NO to put into my body system as it was clumped and wet therefore not good for human or animal consumption, it is my believe. I have emailed them few times asking for a full refund or a fresh new tube but I haven't received any confirmation for this. In one of the emails the person who replied back has acknowledge the problem as I attached photos which very clearly show the state of the product. To me it's a very expensive product which I work very hard to purchase from I company I trusted so I am very disappointed with the outcome of my first purchased! I understand the covid-19 situation we are living right now but if you have the time to received my money by PayPal and dispatched a product that it isn’t good for consumption I believed you have the time as a professional business to sort it out! I want my money back or a new fresh tube of MEGA PRE- SMASHBERRY as I certainly believe not all of your batches are in this condition!?

Absolutely terrible customer service

Having to wait 2 weeks to receive your supplements is beyond a joke they really find a different courier then Hermes and when you email them to ask them what is going on with your package they'll reply saying it's nothing to do with us we dispatched it quickly from our Warehouse it's the couriers fault.... are you serious🤯

This company incompetent. I called and placed my order on a Monday. I was told they have what I wanted in stock. I paid extra for two day shipping. I received tracking that day. Wednesday came. No product. I called the company several times Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and the following Monday. Could not get anyone to answer the phone. Could not get anyone to call me back. Could not get anyone to reply from my emails. After calling four times on a Tuesday I finally got someone to answer. There response was "Sorry we don't have that product in stock. It was never shipped". Their communication is beyond bad. Even though they said they did have this in stock when I called, somehow they didn't. And last, they didn't have the decency to notify me?? He will just figure it out when his package doesn't come. Apparently this is how they do business.

I love the quality of Primeval Labs supplements! The sales staff boast great deals all the time. Easy to work with, fast shipping, and superior quality. I go Ape S**t crazy over these guys!

I ordered and got a dope deal. It was shipped fast and I got it 5 days later. Super good products! Amazing taste and size.

Customer service is great! Had a mistake happen and it was taken care of in speedy time

EAA max is a great product. It keeps me energized and have energy to keep pushing through workouts. I love mega pre white later in the day( non stimulant ) for a great pump.

Primeval Labs has some of the best products that I have ever had. The protein mixes well with anything wether your doing protein oatmeal or putting a scoop of it with ice cream. Same with the preworkout smashberry is legit and ape s**t give you that extra push. I would definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

None better when it comes to EAA's on the market...
I've tried a lot of companies and none compare to Primeval EAA & EAA Max

It’s been great! I’m brand loyal... so that means all Primeval Labs for now on!
