We take all guest feedback seriously, particularly where safety and cleanliness are mentioned. Following your initial contact, our team began liaising with the relevant parties to arrange for the property to be re-attended as a priority and to review the issues raised.

We understand that you chose to leave the property shortly after arrival, and we’re sorry that we were not able to address these concerns during your stay. That said, we are continuing to review the matter based on the details and images provided to ensure it is fully investigated.

We are committed to working with you and with Marriott as the booking partner to review this further and reach an appropriate resolution, and our team will continue to follow up on this directly.
