Be very careful, I worked with them and they owe me money and haven't paid me

Our family was really looking forward to the "Two Castles in Carpathians" tour, offered with thus company. But it was a big disappointment. The whole thing felt super disorganized, with long waits and unclear instructions. The guide was kinda more interested in their phone, browsing news or Instagram or I don't know what, rather than the group. They ignored requests from non-English speakers to repeat information. Both castles were so crowded, it was hard to enjoy them. The bus was uncomfortable, old and with very cold conditioner, they refused to turn it off when I asked (my little daughter can get ill very easily from conditioner). There weren't many facilities for families. Wouldn't recommend it if you have young kids.

Do. Not. Order. Cars. With this company.
During my recent visit to Bucharest me and my wife booked "standard sedan" car with Primus Trans for our hotel-to-airport transfer. But when the car arrived it was a posh and glossy new Mercedes. The driver said that there was a problem with "standard" cars availability and they had to replace it with "Business" car instead. We joked with my wife that we should buy some champagne as well for such luxorious trip. But the fun part ended when upon arrival to the airport the driver demanded us to pay the "business" price!! So it was their fault that they didn't have standard car for our booking, but instead of free upgrade as normal cars do, they decided they can make extra money on us! They didn't even feel guilty for that, and we were in a hurry to catch the plane so I had to pay and go.
But I will never ever use this company again.
