I can’t recommend Coralie Phelan and the team at Prince Evans highly enough. Coralie handled both my sale and purchase, and from start to finish she was responsible, kind, patient, and genuinely listened to what we needed. Whatever it took to get us there, she did it.

The whole chain was complex and there were several tense moments, but the one that really stood out was on completion day. We needed exchange and completion done in the last few hours of the day, and Coralie pulled it through when it mattered most. That kind of commitment makes all the difference when you’re relying on someone to get you over the line.

Thank you to Coralie and the entire team at Prince Evans for all the hard work. It was appreciated more than you know.

Why is 0 stars not possible?? If your life is boring and you love a challenge, these are your guys.

Eventually went to the Legal Ombudsman and got 5 times(!) the refund back that they comically offered.

- Partner & Head of Landlord & Tenant Team made many promises which were either lies or did not happen at all.
_ Above individual did not complete what was promised in due time, citing his lack of holidays taken as proof of how busy he was!
- I had to correct the rental payments schedule despite giving them all dates.
- Incorrect information given to myself about bailiff fees and later denied despite having email proof!
- Worst of all; incorrect figures provided to the court to my detriment!
- They mocked up emails which they claimed were sent previously, then removed the sending date/time when providing me proof of sending.
- They kept my outstanding funds for 5 months for no reason until I chased up.
- Complaint handler couldn't even get his own colleague's names correct.
- When escalated to the Managing Partner & Head of Dispute Resolution Team he ignored all email complaints. That tells everything.

Sarah Masson is an exceptional solicitor at Prince Evans Solicitors. She handled complex matters with efficiency, professionalism, and great attention to detail throughout. Her knowledge and ability to manage challenging issues made the entire process feel smooth and well organised. I would highly recommend her services.

Contacted them first via email. After a day I called them and I was told my request for a quote was not done as the person listed in their website was on holiday. I then gave again my info and I was told to wait for someone to call me back. After another two days no reply hence I called again to have an update. The receptionist Alec was quite patronising explaining that no one was there to take my call and that if I gave my details again I will be contacted back. Very poor customer service

We are pleased to have employed Prince Evans Solicitors on complex freehold-leasehold property matters over the last couple of years. This relates to our acting for an aged landlord (and flat owner) in managing a variety of legacy problems for a residential property in Ealing.
For much of the time, we have dealt with the Head of Landlord and Tenant – he has been most helpful with advice and direction on how to best manage the property.
Most recently, we have put the landlord’s own flat in the property to auction, under difficult circumstances. Despite this we were able to secure the sale and a realistic price with the help of a Senior Solicitor. They were instrumental in preparing the auction legal pack and negotiating with the buyer to achieve sale completion; also, in ensuring the provision of a long lease extension for the flat at the point of sale.
We have commended them for their attention to detail, patience, excellent communication skills and prompt attention to a succession of matters.
In conclusion, Prince Evans have been key to our meeting our property challenges, hence we are happy to recommend their services.

Moving home is always a stressful time but Kinza was an absolute gem. She kept on top of things and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Based on the reviews here I would have to agree with Melanie. We also had an awful conveyancing experience- lack of competence, communication etc etc. Seems to depend on who handles the instruction. We actually had one of the partners, bizarrely, who we requested by removed from the process so awful was the service.

Kinza was really proactive and always responded swiftly in managing repeated (often unwarranted) queries from both buyers solicitors and the hosing association (as this was a shared ownership sale)

Kinza was absolutely fantastic in handling the legal aspect of the sale and purchase of my properties. We found ourselves in a difficult situation after our previous solicitor went into insolvency, and we needed to act quickly. Kinza was thorough, committed, determined, and honest. Most importantly to me, she provided superb communication to all parties involved throughout the process.

Per my previous review of Prince Evans negligent service, which cost me financially, caused me significant levels of stress, and could have jeopardised my property sale overall - I’m pleased to hear today that the Legal Ombudsman has decided to progress my case considering the evidence provided. Take this as a warning before instructing them on your property sale or purchase!

As an executor, I faced the problem of a complex property sale to be conducted at considerable geographical distance. Kinza Majid managed the sale successfully, always keeping me promptly engaged and informed, whilst liaising with the other parties involved in a personable manner which inspired confidence.

Refreshing experience to deal with a solicitor who was quick to respond, a clear communicator and didn't need continual chasing to complete their actions. Incompetent and negligent. I almost lost a lot of money because of Prince Evans on my property purchase. They didn't follow-up on crucial points or obtain critical documentation. And they're now refusing to take accountability or reimburse me for my new solicitors fees, who has had to spend time clearing their mess up. Reporting to the Financial Ombudsman and SRA as a result. Do NOT trust them!

Karla Dudley did an outstanding job. She took over the sale of our house and purchase of the new one halfway through the process so she was instantly in at the deep end, especially as it was a complicated purchase and the timeframe was extremely ambitious.
