Fantastic item

Fantastic item. We Loved the personalised touch for our wedding.
Came with lots of shelf life so we have plenty of time to use what we have left over. Would definitely recommend.

Good

Wafers tasted amazing and looked great. Communication wasn’t good though, I asked for an ingredient list 3 times because I have allergies, and I was told it would be sent soon but no one ever did.

Wedding wafers

On the plus side, the company did a good job of keeping in contact with me. My first order got lost in shipment and they were quick to reship. If you are ordering from out of the country I suggest you give yourself several months ahead of time as even the 2nd shipment took several weeks to arrive to the U.S. Quite a few wafers were broken upon arrival despite appearing to be packaged quite well. I was somewhat disappointed in the appearance of the wafers, however. Many were unreadable or faint so I had to sort those out. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to reorder as my son’s wedding was within a few weeks of the wafers arrival.

Product was good but service before buying was poor

Product was good, however, service before buying was poor. There was a number to whatsapp on the website and we sent a few messages across several weeks to ask a couple of questions before ordering but we never got a proper response other than ‘yes, we’ll message you back tomorrow’ but then got nothing further. We just wanted to check a couple of things before purchasing and couldn’t find any other way to contact.

Perfect Wafers

Found this little gem of a company when I was looking to get personalised wafers for our small hotel. Very easy to order and looked amazing, will be using them from now on.
