Product did not work and it actually made me start losing my hair. They were terrible to work with and terrible to get a refund from

I was disappointed that the second and third vials didn’t contain the same amount as the first. This made dosing difficult.

The weight loss meds I purchased just made me feel sick. Every time I did a "jab", I threw up for two days. Scam. Waste of money.

I tried to cancel my order within two hours of placing it and could never reach a human and could never get any response from anyone other than automated emails telling me that my order was being packaged and then my order was being shipped, etc… after months of fighting with them they finally agreed to give me a $312 refund out a balance of $1100 even though I have not used the product and cannot use it! Scam artist is what they are!

These guys are straight up crooks. They pre-send you more meds then you ask for, and then when you cancel, you get charged for everything THEY decided to send you. You have been WARNED.

I have lost about 15 pounds in the first two months. Injection is easy. I followed a you tube video.

I've been with Priorty Med for almost a year. My medication is always on time and cool. It depends on where the driver leaves it.
I don't give 5 stars because we always have room to make changes.
I never had questions, I'd receive my e-mail for my update and my meds were shipped.

This company charged me $1100. I cancelled the order before completing the intake. It took me about 3 weeks to speak to someone to cancel my order, and I still have not received my refund. This has been since 3/24/2026, and now nobody will return my messages or phone calls. This company is a scam.

The package arrived warm, even though in an insulated package !!

All went well until I had questions. All I get is AI - I have had a support ticket in for three weeks and still no reply. If I call, they say you already have a support ticket open and someone will be with you shortly. I have emailed and called - no customer support whatsoever. I am now in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company!

Worse than one - service is nonexistent. Stole my money. Never responds. Don’t do it.

So far so good! The intake process was thorough. Meds arrived timely and not hot as some have mentioned. I’m six weeks in and 12 pounds down. Started at 2.5, now on 5.0. Working as indicated and better than I expected. The food noise and cravings are gone!

Good service, gave me more answers to a correct prescription than another site, i had been on 12 mo. So looking forward to a healthy outcome.

So far, I’ve only lost 4 lbd in my first month. I have had gastric reflux bad at first now just some nausea and generally a queast stomach. Not sure😕

This was a nightmare! Poor directions. Absolutely NO communication or guidance. Tried several ways. Almost went to urgent care. After 3 months, still no communication.

Prompt service with help from online doctor for appropriate dosage. Delivery was fast!

Switched to these guys from another provider, and it's been seamless for over a year. Meds come on time and I do my 2 week check-ins. All pretty easy. The actual dispensing pharmacy changes, but I've had no delays.

It has definitely curbed my appetite with no nausea and sleep full nights. However, the directions on how to fill the needle injections were not clear. Not being a nurse but a teacher, I did not know you had to tip the bottle to get the full unit injection. So a couple of times my syringe was not full, I did not know and injected anyway. This has caused confusion where I did not have the correct dose for 2 weeks…..should have been made clearer

Carlos was easy to understand and worked hard to try to solve my problem. Excellent customer service from him.
