I cannot find the words to thank you enough!

I cannot find the words to thank Pristine Healthcare enough!
The staff and management are beyond outstanding, it’s clearly more than a job to them, it’s a vocation.
My wife Mary was afforded so much respect and dignity, and treated with kindness and compassion in all of her care, right up to the final day.
The entire team are an asset to the their company and the needs of the community as a whole.

Linda, Priscah, Abbey, Damilola, Booya and all you wonderful ladies that cared for Mary.

This company and all their team are amazing.
My wife is in Palliative Care and this team of people are giving us the best support possible.
They’re always on time and all are very professional and gentle with my wife.

All the staff have been wonderful as


All the staff have been wonderful as they look after my wife they are very friendly, helpful and very professional
It is a pleasure to have them in our home and it always cheers us up when they arrive
This evening we have had Linda and JD visit us and as usual their service was first rate as it always is when Mason Junior,Hannah and B visit us

Where do we start to express our thanks


Where do we start to express our thanks and gratitude for taking care of our mum for six weeks. The whole team treated mum with such dignity and compassion and from the beginning they built up a special bond with her - especially with Mason and Junior - although naming two just seems so unfair to all the other carers that attended to her needs. Mum only stressed they should be handed biscuits after their visits !!!!! We cannot express in words our gratitude to Oye and his team. WE SALUTE YOU ALL - as mum saluted you all when you had attended to her. Thank you from the bottom of of our hearts xx

Mums Care


The care team that care for our Mum are fantastic there cheery attitude humour and interaction with our Dad too, is commendable, not to mention the personal care our Mum receives from all the staff. Long may it continue ....Thankyou for your on going care

I'd just like to say a big thank you to Pristine Care, especially Mason and Dami who cared for my mum, coming in 4 times a day doing everything from washing to just having a cuppa with her, their attention given is 2nd to none and I am so grateful for all they did for us.

Helped to care for my terminally ill


Helped to care for my terminally ill Mother in the last few weeks of her life at her own house

All the carers were wonderful with my Mother - I know she was very happy with the care & attention that she received as she told me this.

Just wanted to say what a wonderful


Just wanted to say what a wonderful group of carers and support staff you provide, caring for our Mum through Christmas you made everything so much easier for us as a family. The respect you all gave to mum was out of this world, we will never be able to thank you enough. She had a lovely bond with Mason and P. Pristine went above and beyond with the manager Oye visiting us on Christmas Eve after mum had a fall and calling numerous times. Thank you Pristine ❀

What a pleasant experience it was to


What a pleasant experience it was to have this wonderful company at our service during such a difficult time. Can honestly say that we are grateful for all of your hard work and dedication to our wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother/GG mother, We thank you dearly for all the difficult situations you faced but I hope that you continue to remember our angel as we do.
I would stand by my recommendation of this company as a responsible and trustworthy company for your vunrable loved ones at a time when only the best will do
 so so compassionate in every aspect. Linda has a charm and a great passion for her job well done 👏 and the management is ten to none well done we need more of this type of leadership and approach to a difficult situation and job description under appreciated in my opinion
 but I hold hope on my last experience and I couldn’t ask for more on my grandmothers behalf she was our queen 👞
Keep up the excellent work and never loose that dedication in what you do.Team Oye.

My father in law as been receiving end


My father in law as been receiving end life care for few weeks now and I can't praise the cares enough . Every single one of them as been brilliant with him .The level of care they are giving him is fantastic. Always engaging with him and making him smile always asking him if he's comfortable and needs anything . can't recommend them enough thank you...

I have to say a big thank you on behalf


I have to say a big thank you on behalf of Mum and I to Pristine HealthCare Services who took great care of my Dad whilst he was at home. They actually CARE. They cared not only for Dad, but about mum and myself too. My mum was a carer for many years and she was extremely happy with the level of care and attention to detail that was provided by the team.
Each team member always had time to speak and to get to know us as a family, as they too become part of the family.
Oye is such a wonderful manager and his workers do him and the company proud.
So if you need care visits in the home please do not hesitate to contact them.

End of life care

My husband came home from hospital for end of life care. Pristine came to look after him as I’m a qualified carer my self my standard are high and new how he should be look after. The hole care team where brilliant they we always on time and the care was always the best. Even though I only knew them for a week it feels like I’ve known them for much longer. I could recommend them to anyone thanks for all that you have done at a difficult time.

Brilliant Care Team

Didn’t want to need these services but the whole team are fantastic. You get regular carers, who are so good. They are so professional and competent,
No worries whatsoever about the care they are providing for my husband. If you get the chance to choose a care team then Pristine are the ones to choose. Knowledgeable about sores and regular repositioning. And if you have any issues they will stay with you until all sorted. Feel as though they are family.
