It’s great to hear the whole process ran smoothly, from receiving the guidance and choosing a convenient hospital, right through to getting your results.
A two-minute wait and quick blood draw is about as efficient as it gets!
We’re also glad the doctor’s comments helped make the results easier to understand, that added clarity is something we always aim to provide.

You’ve highlighted a few really important points.
We understand that the booking process can feel a little cumbersome, particularly as the blood samples are taken at hospitals not directly operated by us.
Just to clarify, we work in partnership with these hospitals to offer professional phlebotomy services across the country.
While this gives our patients broad access to trusted clinical sites, we know it can make the booking feel a bit less streamlined, and we’re always looking for ways to improve that experience.

We're pleased to hear the overall turnaround time was acceptable and that the process worked well for you.

It's also important to emphasise the value of sharing your results with your local GP or healthcare provider. While we aim to provide helpful medical commentary which is a free of charge option, based on the data from your tests, only a practitioner with access to your full history, current symptoms, and overall health background can offer truly personalised clinical advice.
Your GP is best placed to interpret your results within the broader context of your care.

I’ve looked into your account and can confirm that, unfortunately, the laboratory was unable to process the Homocysteine test.
Please accept our apologies, this is a rare occurrence.

I can also confirm that a refund for this test was issued on the 20th of March.
