Provided what I required and hopefully will not actually need. But there incase.
Very helpful and answered all my questions politely.

I made an enquiry online and received a call from Ben. He was absolutely brilliant and really took the time to go through various options with me and explained everything in detail but without sounding like he was reading a script. He made the whole thing really easy. He wasn’t pushy when I wanted time to think about it and I took the policy with them rather than another company based solely on his outstanding customer service. I didn’t at any point feel like I was being sold to, he was simply helpful, professional and very well informed and an absolute credit to the company. I feel much better knowing that should something happen outside of my control, my income is protected and I won’t have additional financial worries.
