A lovely advisor to talk to, very thorough. One tiny criticism was that it took longer than I was lead to believe. On the whole though a pleasant experience.

Great service nearly every time I use In Post! Plenty of lockers in the area where I live so nearly always able to drop off parcels.

The 2 Lumilights I bought for my husband and son went down very well on Christmas Day! I needed to put my sunglasses on inside as it was so bright! My son used his to build his new lego set! A brilliant purchase!

So far so good, ordering straight forward and the lights arrived in good time. They are Christmas presents for my Husband and Son! 😊

Ryan Cooper, is excellent at his job. Very reassuring and talked me through every step of the process to review my cover. I now have alot more than I did previously with the added benefit of income cover and child illness cover. Ryan explained everything very clearly, asking if I understood at each stage. I had the option to keep the amount I pay pretty much the same or to increase it slightly to gain more cover. This I did and now have piece of mind for my family and any unplanned eventuality which may arise! Thank you Ryan, and also to Callum? I think who I initially spoke to who then passed me on to Ryan. Both great at what they do.

Getting cover has been something I have been thinking about for some time, but due to a close family member passing away 3 months ago, it has spurred me on to sort it. Talking to Ade on the phone gave me the reassurance that I have made a good choice of cover. He talked me through every step, and gave me options. I also had the opportunity to ask Questions if I was unsure of any aspect of the terms used. The questions are quite lengthy but very thorough, this is to give the best choice or choices for possible cover options. Ade is very good at his job, and should be commended for his professional yet friendly manner. I now have the peace of mind that my loved ones will be ok financially should they need it.
