Thank you for providing us with your honest feedback. We are very sorry that your order was not initially delivered to you correctly, and we want to ensure any prospective customer understands the full, resolved context of this situation.
We acknowledge that you initially received a damaged package containing the wrong item (Chinese fishing line) instead of the balancers you ordered.
Addressing the Claims:
- "They dont take any responsibility." After a full investigation, including contacting our shipper, Omniva, we determined that the error was most likely an issue with the parcel handling during transit or customs, as the balancers we dispatched were correctly packaged.
Despite the issue being with the postal service, we chose to take full responsibility by re-sending your complete order at our own cost as a gesture of goodwill to resolve the misunderstanding and ensure you received the product you paid for.
- "Said like they will send my items one more time but nothing happens." After determining the error, the replacement order plus an extra free balancer, was packed and dispatched to you with the new tracking number. Furthermore, you confirmed to us via email that you "got all what i ordered."
We are glad the situation was fully resolved and that you eventually received your items.

I ordered two fishing reels (Daiwa Caldia MQ LT 1000D and Shimano Ultegra FC ULT1000FC) from Pro-Fishing.eu and paid over €300. The package was delivered to my address in Riga — I have full proof, invoice, and tracking number (HC019615545LT via Unisend/Omniva).
After receiving the goods, I returned them using Omniva, but the store later claimed they “never received the reels” and even called it a fraudulent shipment. They refused to provide any official document from Omniva and said they might involve the police instead of simply resolving the issue.
This is completely unprofessional and looks like an attempt to avoid processing a legitimate return. I’ve already contacted Omniva for confirmation and will report this to the Latvian and Estonian consumer protection authorities.
Be very careful before ordering — they do not handle returns fairly and communicate in an aggressive, unhelpful way.

Hello,
Thank you for your review.
According to the official investigation of the shipping carrier (Omniva), you did not ship back the merchandise that you ordered from us.
You claim that we refused to provide an official document from Omniva. This is incorrect, as our email conversation proves.
You asked for Omniva's report on 30th October and they sent it to you the following day. Hereby their report:
"Omniva has deemed the case as fraudulent. The key aspects that led to the decision:
- the shipment packaging could not possibly have contained the aforementioned items, being an envelope;
- our representative was present during the opening of the shipment and witnessed the envelope being empty when first opened;
- the shipment label has been edited to contain the wrong address and company name in order to “lose” the shipment. The label does not match the original created by Omniva, regardless of good resemblance.
Based on our analysis, the initial intention of sending this particular shipment could not have been returning the original items."
This is not a matter of mishandling a legitimate return; it's a case of a fraudulent shipment, for which there is official proof.
We are fully prepared to defend our position legally, should it become necessary.
