Hello Jozef, thanks for the review. We checked the tracking information, it appears that the parcel arrived in Slovakia 12 days ago, and a delivery attempt was made on May 2nd, but it was unsuccessful. We dispatched your order on the same day it was placed.

We’ll resend the tracking link to you via email so you can locate your parcel, which seems to be awaiting collection at the post office.

Great price on the line. I would have given 5 stars but Royal Mail took 4 days to deliver the package once it arrived in the U.K.
