Pro-locks レビュー

I would highly recommend Pro Locks in Slough. From start to finish, they were caring, polite and extremely professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt reassured throughout. They were honest and helpful, and rather than just dealing with the immediate lock issue, they also took the time to offer valuable security advice about the other locks in my house. It was clear they genuinely cared about my safety and security, rather than simply doing a job and moving on. Excellent service, great advice and a friendly, professional approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable locksmith in Slough.

I needed the lock changed to the Front door of the house. I messaged looking for a quote and I was given one that was extremely reasonable for the lock the change of the lock.

Terry was absolutely amazing worked to my time frames was very patient with me and was very friendly to talk to as well. He wasted no time and had the lcok fitted and ready to use quickly, he also ensured that it worked and that I had a go with it to make sure I could use (which although sounds silly was really nice to know how it worked and to make sure I could do it).

Overall from start to finish Terry and Tom were helpful, polite and efficient, really happy that I went with these guys. There were no hidden fees and it says what it was on the tin pretty much. Amazing service.

Terrace was very friendly. He came on the same day we called. He fixed the door and did not overcharge. He did not try to fix parts that did not fixing in order to charge more which is greatly appreciated. He also had great stories! Very kind and polite person.

Excellent service. Response time on the same day and completed job within a few hours. Would recommend 100%.

Had to call for an emergency locksmith tonight due to my key breaking in the lock and getting locked out in the rain..
I called Pro locks and spoke to a very friendly gentleman called Terry. Terry was on the doorstep in 15 minsand had my lock out and refitted with a top quality lock and three new keys in no time at all. Then came the painful bit,. I wasn't looking forward to the call out charge, labour costs and the price for thelock and keys but there was no need for me to worry as the price was a lot better than I expected by a long way. Excellent customer service. Thank you Terry.

Tommy and his dad came to the rescue one evening and were friendly, professional and honest. Fortunately it wasn't a big job. I would highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future again, if needed.

Terry - great to meet you, good craic!!!
You arrived 1 hour after i called, not bad for first thing on a Monday, took very short time to change two locks.
I warn people, someone told me A N Other local company charged them hundreds for one lock! Not this outfit, genuine!!!
Thanks again Terry, pleasure doing business.

Excellence service professional in all aspects

Excellent service from this company. Will definitely use again 👏👍👌

Terry arrived on the same day as my call out and proceeded to work on the lock immediately.
As an additional part was required to be ordered they returned later to complete the job.
Very pleasant & helpful.

I used ChatGPT to locate and rate all locksmith around the slough area based on good reviews and fairness in pricing, and Pro-locks was listed first. I called and spoke to Terry about my problem He arrived at my door in less than an hour. His son Tommy arrived a few minutes later. It took them less than 30 minutes to sort out the issue. Very friendly family team. Money well spent.

Had a lock fitted by Pro Locks Ltd in Slough and I’m really impressed with the service. The lock itself is highly secure and the workmanship was excellent. Tommy and his dad came out to fit the lock and it was so nice to deal with there family run business.

Everything was fitted neatly and professionally, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. I’d happily recommend Pro Locks Ltd to anyone looking for reliable, high quality locksmith work.

Terry was exceptional. Came straight away after call and was professional, friendly and worked so hard to get the locks changed. Highly recommended and trustworthy

I don’t often write reviews but I feel compelled to do so.

I had a dodgy lock which got stuck and I often rely on friends and family for recommended locksmiths. After not hearing back, I did a google search and found pro-locks as the local locksmith to me. I gave them a call and within 15 minutes of the call both Tommy and Timmy turned up and what a brilliant, hardworking father and son team they turned out to be.

On diagnosing the problem, the job should’ve taken around 15 minutes, however due to the honest nature of these people, it in fact took them about three hours to fix the issue due to other issues with the door. They would not leave until the job was completed to a high standard and the door fully secured. During this time with the door open, the outside temperature was minus 2 and both of these individuals continued to work tirelessly and professionally in solving the issue. They even went as far as realigning our door as that was creating an issue with the locking mechanism.

I can honestly say that this team went about their business in a meticulous yet very friendly manner and without frustration despite the longevity of the job.

In my dealings with many different businesses and trade’s people, Pro Locks Limited went above and beyond the call of duty that I have never experienced from other businesses before.

They are true to their word and are very, very reasonable in their prices.

If I could, I’d give them a 10 star review as they were honest throughout and did far more than what was first thought to get the job completed.

Thank you sincerely

Extremely good service from Terry.

We would recommend him to everyone.

I was locked out of my house with my dog and in a stressful situation. Terry and Tommy were absolute lifesavers. While other locksmiths quoted me double, they charged a fair and reasonable price.

They arrived incredibly quickly, were courteous and professional, and got me back inside in just minutes. I'm so grateful for their honest service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy locksmith.

Polite & prompt, old school touch👌Organised Pro-Locks 2 days before exchange/completion on a portfolio of properties from another landlord who had some problem tenants. Our usual locksmith was unable to come out. My brother & I are originally from West London so do not know Slough that well (Thank God for Google), we are property investors who have recently started investing in Slough and other SL postcodes. Terry was there 15 minutes early and ready, we got handed the keys by the vendor and Terry got to work on the locks straight away. So glad to have found Pro-Locks and will be using them going forward for all our acquisitions from now on. Would recommend them to anyone who needs locks changed ASAP after completing on a purchase. It's a must, as you do not know who has the keys to your new place!

Excellent service that was professional, responsive and very helpful. Arrived within specified time frame and swift turnaround including review of lock and refitting of a new one. I cannot recommend Terry and the team enough and would not hesitate to recommend them!
