I am deeply disappointed with Pro-M's services. I placed and paid for an order on March 15, which was advertised with a 6-day delivery time. It took them over a month to deliver, and only after I sent multiple follow-up emails.

The communication was poor; they tried to blame me for a "form error" they never notified me about, and they failed to provide updates as promised. To make matters worse, when the package finally arrived on April 16, two products were missing, despite them previously claiming only one was out of stock.

Now, after holding my money for a month, they are delaying the refund for the missing items for another 4 days. This is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this shop if you expect transparency, speed, or respect for your time and money.

Ho acquistato una bici su Pro-M Store e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene.
Non essendo un grande esperto di acquisti online, prima di procedere ho deciso di chiamare, anche perché avevo visto che hanno un negozio fisico.

Ho parlato direttamente con Alberto, che si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, competente e paziente: mi ha guidato nella scelta della bici più adatta alle mie esigenze, chiarendo tutti i miei dubbi.

Dopo il confronto telefonico ho completato l’acquisto online senza problemi e la bici è arrivata nei tempi indicati, perfettamente imballata.

Esperienza molto positiva: servizio clienti davvero attento e affidabile. Consigliato!

Ordered and received an Orbea Oiz. Very happy with it. The bike is nicely assembled. You do need to be a bit handy to properly secure the cockpit. Clear, honest, and fast communication with Alberto as well.

Bike arrived damaged at the store, they provided a very good alternative.

J’ai acheté une roue de la marque Specialized sur le site Pro M Store. Après mon achat, on m’a informé que la roue initialement prévue était endommagée. On m’a alors proposé un autre modèle, que j’ai refusé. Le vendeur m’a ensuite indiqué qu’il allait demander un remplacement auprès de Specialized et qu’une roue neuve me serait envoyée.

J’ai finalement reçu la roue, mais celle-ci présente des traces et des rayures, ce qui est inacceptable pour un produit censé être neuf. Après les avoir contactés, on m’indique que selon Specialized, cet état serait “normal” sur ce type de roue, ce que je conteste totalement.

Depuis, malgré mes relances, je n’ai plus aucune réponse de leur part.

Très déçu par le manque de transparence et surtout par l’absence de service après-vente.

A partir du moment ou je vais ai dit que je voulais retourner le produit, vous avez cessé de me répondre, et la, comme par magie, a la suite de mon commentaire j’ai un retour, incroyable !

Fantastic communication with shop beforehand, during process and after delivery. Shipment was done next day after successful order. Bike arrived practically on third working day. Packing and protection on bike was on very high level avoiding any scratches or similar damages. Very satisfied with shop, I will return and buy bike also in future. Thank you Alberto.

I bought Extender Range Battery and I can just with one word: perfect
Customer service works amazin. Response, effort and super fast delivery to Slovenia.

Mon expérience avec Pro-M a démarré avec des échanges mails de très bonnes qualités et a abouti à un achat de vtt a un très bon tarif. Ça s'est terminé par une livraison sans problème dans le délai de 5 jours ouvrés et fidèle à mes attentes.Merci Alberto! Je conseille fortement ce site.

Great delivery to France! The packaging was done with care, and customer service was very communicative. Despite supply chain issues with the bike brand, the store found a way to honor the sale. I’m very satisfied with the bike.

I ordered a saddle, they haven’t got that colour, but wrote me asap. I could choose another colour, and less than one hour I got the mail it was given to the delivery company. I got it less than 3 days to a different country! It wasn’t my first order from them with the same experience! Very good shop!

Great price - very fast shipping - punctual delivery - bike very well packaged. Quick response to questions. Wheels prepared with rim tape for tubeless setup, including a bottle of sealant. Would buy again anytime - ! highly recommended !

Anche corriere è stato gentile mi ha richiamato ed è ripassato per portarmi la bici . Grazie a voi e del vostro impegno, un sincero abbraccio e Dio vi benedica . 🤗

J'ai acheté un vélo sur le site internet de Pro-M. le tarif défiait toute concurrence. J'ai pu échanger directement par mail avec l'équipe pour faire l'achat pour un envoi en France. paiement par Paypal sans soucis. préparation du vélo et réception dans un temps tout à fait raisonnable sans aucun soucis. Je recommande sans réserve et je repasserai par leur service dans le futur tant pour les tarifs que pour la qualité du service.

Bestellung aus Italien nach Deutschland, dabei kam es zunächst zu Schwierigkeiten mit dem Spediteur. Diese wurden direkt nach den Weihnachtsfeiertagen durch die Mitarbeiter von Pro-M beseitigt, die Lieferung kam kurz darauf an.
Leider fehlte ein Teil.
Innerhalb eines Tages war auch dieses Problem behoben und eine weitere Sendung befindet sich auf dem Weg zu mir.
Fehler können passieren, den Profi zeichnet aus, wie man damit umgeht.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice von Pro-M und spreche eine klare Empfehlung aus.

Excellent service from Pro-M Store. We ordered two Specialized frames and they were shipped from Italy to Switzerland without any issues. Pro-M issued the invoice without VAT, which made the customs process smooth and straightforward. Communication was always quick and clear - highly recommended.
