A bit far but Ray is incredibly patient with his customers with quick and excellent service!

Personal, friendly and attentive service. I went to Pro-String as I wanted to restring and regrip 2 old badminton racquets. Having had a long hiatus from playing, Ray helpfully guided me and did a great job refurbing the racquets so that they play impeccably. I was please with the pricing, service and turnaround and will be happy to support this business going forward.

I recently had my racket restrung at this shop, and Ray looked after the whole process for me. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and handled the restringing smoothly and quicker than I expected. Ray also recommended a better string based on my playing style, which was genuinely helpful.

Excellent service, fair pricing, and truly personalised advice — I’ll definitely be returning.

Had two re-strings done and got a new racquet and bag through him. First re-string was urgent and he turned it round in under half an hour. Great service and good prices, will be using him for all my needs in future!

Wanted more info on string type and tension for my son. Pro-string staff went above and beyond assisting me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Can definitely recommend them.

Outstanding, personalised customer service. I’m not an existing customer and I didn’t purchase anything on this occasion. But I am clueless and was looking for help and information in order to buy a gift for my husband’s new hobby. Having spent hours online trying to work my way through thousands of options and product information I didn’t understand, Ray was incredibly quick to respond, helpful and flexible - pointing me in the right direction cutting through days of research and befuddlement! Ray does a great job every time I restring with him and is very helpful in recommending string set-ups to suit my play, never once had a bad experience. Drop off service is really handy too!

Clearly very knowledgable and passionate about the issue.
He subsequently took time to advise on the best racket and set up for my son who is 12.
Service and turnaround was excellent, and we got the new racket within a few days. Ray was also available for follow up questions on the set up. Son is super happy with the racket ! Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
