I had to drop off the racquet st the back office of a church near Liverpool St, and collect a few days later.
Try not to arrange either when they do Mass as it takes a bit of waiting time.
My racquet lacked power after 5 years of Covid + achilles injuries and the restring improved my power immensely.. the problem is I am not too slow to hit the ball back to myself, let alone in a game, and ProString doesn't do knees,!
But for a quality restring service for squash racquets their service is excellent with good string options and advice on tension etc..

After two hours of tennis after having my grip redone, handle started to completely rip. Very disappointed and asked for refund which was twice avoided. Was told it was normal to tear after such a short time although Iâve never experience/heard of that in over 20yrs of playing tennis.

Dear Christian. We appreciate all feedback. However youâve now had your racket 5 weeks. We saw the state of your racket before we did the restring and regrip, I have to say it wasnât pretty (unclear how many years you want an overgrip to last you). We also tried explaining to you on multiple occasions that grip you chose does not last so long as it more so for players that sweat a lot and change their grips with more frequently. You didnât receive your £2.50 refund as requested and you decide to come here & Google to leave us what we think are very unfair reviews. Wishing you all the best with your next overgrips!
