My order arrived 10 days late
My order arrived 10 days late, and I was charged double tax and duty despite the site claiming to be Canadian. I’ve tried contacting customer service to resolve this but haven’t received any response. After all the extra fees and delays, buying local would have been cheaper and faster.

Beware canadian buyers:
1. Not a canadian website despite the .ca designation
2. Lack/Misleading information about sales taxes and
import duties
3. Subject to costly return transportation charges and
restocking fees.

Based on my experience, and despite the ''rave'' reviews and the presumed customer support attention showed here, I do not recommend at this point doing business with this international website unless they adopt more transparent business practices in line with comparable competitors (Chain reaction, BikeINN, Merlin, Skatepro, etc.)
