I genuinely cannot praise Skootz Electric Scooters enough.
I originally ordered an iX5S, but due to a shipping issue and recall on that model, the team contacted me directly and handled the situation brilliantly from start to finish. thanks Josh and Mark - you were ace!!
Instead of leaving me waiting or giving excuses, they upgraded me to the M4 at no extra cost, included a seat, upgraded waterproofing to IP65, (this rating for people who don't know makes all the under carriage of the chassis and all the electrics inside much more waterproof, so well worth getting this if you buy one, especially in the UK!) and then to top it off, they even threw in an extra bag as a goodwill gesture. This level of honesty and customer care is incredibly rare these days as we all know!!
What really stood out to me was that you can tell this is a proper family-run company that genuinely cares about its customers and reputation. Communication was friendly, transparent and professional throughout, and they treated me like a valued customer rather than just another order number.
A lot of companies would have hidden behind terms and conditions or delayed things for weeks, but Skootz did the exact opposite â they stepped up immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. Also they even contacted me on a bank holiday Monday, which is unheard of!!
The scooter arrived well packaged, the upgrade was generous, and the whole experience actually left me more impressed than if the original order had simply arrived normally.
Massive respect to the whole team. Iâll absolutely recommend Skootz to friends and family and would happily buy from them again in the future.
Proper customer service still exists â and this company proves it. WELL DONE TEAM SCOOTZ!!!!

This place is amazing. Iâve been through so many companies and had very bad experience but this one.. well where do I start? Been dealing with Mark who is extremely helpful, and managed to sort any issues I have had. Best e scooter place about. Make sure you check them out

Excellent service .Explained whole set up , walks in for a puncture repair on my other scooter and walks out with a brand new scooter planned and gifted to me as a surprise by my partner . Couldn't be happierð super friendly guys . I got the IE M4pro S+ Max XL with a beefier battery for total convenience.this scoot has everything I need.Foot rest to lift it as I'm female it's heavy I need something to grip. 3 days I had it before needing charged . It's a great scooter . Really good value for money. This was my 2nd visit to skootz as I knew I'm in good hands . Tidy wee care plan added which was a no brainier. If you're looking at this scooter and pondering.Buy it . Smooth ride with big beefy tyres .My Daily post office journeys with my orders just got 10X Easier

2nd Purchase
Just purchased my second Scooter from Skootz i was so pleased with the first purchase I decided to purchase another for my wife but decided to buy the extended battery version of the M4 Pro S+ as always really happy with the purchase from ordering to delivery 2 days from Scotland to the South West i can't recommend Skootz enough really pleased with the whole process.

These guys are absolute class. They knew I drove from Lanark to Glasgow for a repair and prioritised my repair so I didn't need to come back again. Very reasonable price for repairs and these guys go the extra mile to fix things that I never knew were broken without extra charge (headlight)

My grandson had his scooter a week when it punctured twice in a week thet fixed the first one then it punctures again when he was taking it up the road then they told me it had all these things wrong with it had to pay 150 pounds to get it fixed he only had it for a week wasent happy with that one bit so sent an email to the company got a phone call from brian in dundee shop saying they would give me 50 pds refund which I was happy with he said I would get it back in 2 days suprise suprise never got it phoned the shop said they would c about it sent few emails no reply why say there going to give u it when they clearly aren't not happy one bit my grandson had to pay it of his own money considering he only gets 30 pds a week bursary

Can't fault them. First contacted via online chat. Prompt clear response. Then dropped into see Brian in the shop in Dundee. He couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend these guys. Product knowledge is awsome no hard sell.
Disgusted and gutted
I'm really disappointed, I gave a 1 star review last week because of the lack of service? I received a phone call from Mike who was really concerned about me giving a 1 star review? He asked me to change the review? Which i did??? Then came the promises , I'd have my bike in 5 days ? Never happened? I'd get a free upgrade if it doesn't arrive in that time (never got a free upgrade). I got a false tracking number?
I then get a message from Fedex telling me I'm due them £581 to clear the bike from customs??? I paid the deposit for the bike and the 1st monthly payment ? Yet, I still don't have a bike ????
