My subscription was cancelled in minutes.

I used the services and paid a small fee for the translation of a document without realizing that a was starting their monthly plan subscription. When I saw the transaction on my banking app I reached support and asking for a refund. They were very nice and issued a refund after I explained the confusion.

Used the product briefly to convert a file, but didn't need a longer subscription. Emailed them immediately to say that I would like to cancel the subscription forward, and it was done within a couple of hours.
I wish there were more companies where cancelling renewal subscriptions were so helpful and pain free.

Thank you Lisa for a great service, I would certainly use you again if needed.

Amazing exeprience with use and customer service

I went sailing with a friend and made a short vedeo using my GoPro camera. It was too large (100+ Mbyte) to send to him by email so I paid £0.99 to proipdf to shrink it. It worked out well, a very rapid service. I thought the £29.99 per month contract was very expensive for my modest needs so I cancelled it by email - got a very rapid response so thank you.

PAS OP, oplichting! Na eenmalig gebruik van €0,99 wordt nu herhaaldelijk, als een soort abonnement wat we dus niet hebben afgesloten, €39,99 afgeschreven.

This website is a scam, they take your money 5 days after your initial purchase without informing you that they are doing so. It costs me £1.99 which is made clear was one single purchase and then days later has charged me £30. Do not use this!

Be aware, SCAM!!!! I tried the 5-day trial, but was only able to process 1 document, and I even made a mistake by setting de target language the same as the source language. The system did not detect that. I tried reaching out to support but received only a standard welcome email, they did not answer my question why the system did not detect the source and target language were set the same and why I could only process I document while I bought a 5-days trial. After the 5-day trial they charge you with a monthly subscription of 39 EUR, but when you cancel it, you get a 2-Year, non-recurring, full-usage access for 1.99 EUR ???? What a SCAM!

Betaalde € 2 voor eenmalig gebruik. Drie dagen later € 40 van mijn rekening. Oplichters

J’avais un document à compresser. Je paye la prestation dont j’ai besoin au tarif de 0,99cts.

Mais le PIÈGE en payant la somme de 0,99cts je m’abonne sans le savoir.

Ainsi, un mois après, surprise : je suis prélevée de 39,99euros le 31 juillet 2026

Et ça va plus loin…. ARNAQUE SOURNOISE, VOLE EN CONSCIENCE

Je demandé aussitôt par mail au service client le remboursement du prélèvement abusif de 39,99euros du 31 juillet 2026 et la résiliation d’un abonnement non consenti.
Le service client me confirme traiter ma réclamation en m’écrivant résilier et rembourser la somme.
Le 20 août 2026, je suis de nouveau prélevée de 39,99 euros !
Le service client s’excuse d avoir omis et fait le nécessaire.

Aujourd’hui le 4 septembre 2026, après plusieurs mails de relance, voila la réponse :
« conformément à notre politique de remboursement, seuls les paiements effectués au cours des 30 derniers jours sont éligibles à un remboursement. Le prélèvement du 30 juillet étant antérieur à cette
période, il ne peut pas faire l'objet d'un remboursement »

Derriere le service client de ce site voleur se cache une IA appelée Lisa bien éduquée au vole

C’Est un site FRAUDULEUX qui devrait être puni et fermé par la loi.

I accidentally subscribed after converting evidence for a tribunal which was stressful enough, Lisa emailed me straight away being sympathetic and agreeing to refund, would use this company again because customer service is great. The world needs more Lisas
