C'est très simple d'utilisation et pour un gain de temps inestimable !

Scanned documents were translated quickly and accurately retaining the original formatting. The fee of €1.99 for a one week limited use was ideal for my purposes. I did have an issue with a repeating service subscription. However, it was quickly resolved by their excellent customer service team with a refund within hours.

I was very pleased. The response was quick and prompt, they immediately solve my request about the refund.

I only needed to transform a html into a pdf. It was ok. Just be carefull, once you paid, you have to unsuscribe if you don’t want a subscription automatically. Lisa helped me quickly and professionally with that.

Update 1 (2 weeks later): I am still waiting for my refund.

Update 2 (1h after the first update): Lisa reacted very fast and solved the situation, my refund is on the way.

cette entreprise est une escroquerie qui force l'abonnement mensuel et je n'ai à ce jour toujours pas reçu de remboursement, j'ai acheté une traduction pour 0.99 euro, en fait je n'ai eu que les 10 premières pages de traduites sur les 40 du PDF, puis comme beaucoup de gens je me suis retrouvé avec un abo mensuel 39.99 euros ! escrocs ! la réclamation date de fin juillet le remboursement du 11 aout nous sommes le premier septembre et toujours pas de remboursement ni sur mon compte en banque ni sur mon compte paypal .

Outil/Site très facile à utiliser. J'ai aussi eu besoin de les contacter et dans la journée ai reçu la réponse / la résolution de mon problème. Très efficace et réactif. Merci Lisa :)

Website tricks you into signing up for a continuous subscription.
I signed up for a limited trial for £1.99 but after a few days this renewed into a £39 subscription.
Lisa eventually refunded this after being chased up 3 times.
Each time I was told that a refund had been processed.
I would never use this company again

L’ho usato per tentare di tradurre un PDF lungo in italiano. Ho pagato, non ha tradotto il documento per interno e la traduzione era scarsa, sono stata iscritta a mia insaputa al sito e mi sono stati prelevati 39,99 euro senza che potessi bloccare il processo. Praticamente una truffa. State alla larga.

It’s a scam they tried to take -39.50€ to my account but thank god my bank declined it!!! Take note:

After making the payment, it was very easy to merge my PDF files.

Very responsive to my email and helped where they could.
