I should have retroactively gotten my money back. I have no idea what this product is, nor has anyone told me!

I did not receive the translated doc I paid Eur1 for (which is no big deal). But (i) it wasted my time; and (ii) then signed me up for a monthly subscription of Eur39.99 (or thereabouts). Hard to see how this is not a scam. Would love to be proven wrong

Réalisant que je serai facturée pour leur services ils ont admis leur erreur et m'ont remboursé, c'est très rare de voir ceci. Sinon c'est une application très simple à mettre en oeuvre, celà m'a beaucoup aidé pour des documents officiels.

Ce qui a mal tourné a été immediatement corrige par une vraie personne, à un horaire improbable.

Semplice e economico con soli 2€. risolto problema

ATTENZIONE SITO TRUFFA!!!
Se chiedi una singola traduzione a pochi centesimi,ti ritrovi un addebito di 39.99 sul tuo conto dopo qualche giorno! Quando cancelli abbonamento,mai richiesto,e chiedi rimborso ti rispondono che lo riceverai entro 5/7 giorni. Ad oggi sono passate quasi 4 settimane e ancora non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso!!sono tre settimane che scambio email e mi continuano a dire che ci vuole tempo per elaborare il rimborso e che non possono mandare cro etc!!!TRUFFATORI!!li ho denunciati!!

The one time € 0,99 limited try out secretly turned into a € 1,00 subscription apart from the small print € 39,99 subscription which is not very clear. On top of it all the translation was horrible, the document was completely unreadable. I consider this to be a dishonest businesses practice. Do not use this website, you will be disappointed.
