Support of Lisa to cancel my subscription that should not have been taken charged in the first place was corrected very promptly by her and very responsive and correct Information provided .

What is misleading is that you used the tool you use once and pay a charge but gets automatically extended to one year for 39,99€ . Not desired and causes client extra work to correct . But service afterward was good .

I got my refund back after almost two weeks, I thought I was never going to get it back, thank you Lisa for the timely reply to my messages and the reassurance.

I tried translating a PDF file into another language. The translation and format preservation were done correctly, maintaining the original format. I recommend it.

Dishonest. They said they would take US$0.99 for the translation. But suddenly 3 days later took US$39.99. For no reason. I am chasing a refund.
The translation (from Chinese to English) was shabby and I got much better results using the free service from ilovepdf.com AVOID THIS profipdf at all costs.
THis was from July 2026 and still no refund as of end September

Die PDF-Funktion selbst hat funktioniert, deshalb vergebe ich zwei statt nur einem Stern.

Was mich jedoch sehr enttäuscht hat, ist der Kundenservice. Nach der Abbuchung meiner Kreditkarte benötigte ich eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung für meine Buchhaltung. Diese wurde weder per E-Mail zugestellt noch war sie im Billing-Bereich meines Kontos verfügbar.

Ich habe den Support mehrfach kontaktiert und jedes Mal ausführlich erklärt, dass ich den Billing-Bereich bereits geprüft habe, mit der richtigen E-Mail-Adresse angemeldet bin und auch meinen Spam-Ordner kontrolliert habe.

Leider erhielt ich jedes Mal nahezu wortgleiche Standardantworten mit der Aufforderung, genau diese Schritte erneut durchzuführen. Auf meine eigentliche Frage, warum keine Rechnung verfügbar ist bzw. warum sie mir nicht einfach zugesendet werden kann, wurde nie eingegangen.

Nach mehreren Nachrichten hatte ich den Eindruck, mit einem automatisierten System zu kommunizieren, das auf den Inhalt meiner Nachrichten gar nicht eingeht.

Für ein Unternehmen, das kostenpflichtige Dienstleistungen anbietet, erwarte ich, dass Rechnungen problemlos verfügbar sind und der Kundensupport konkrete Fragen beantwortet. In meinem Fall war beides leider nicht der Fall.

Ich habe mir einen russischen Text von einem Bild ins Deutsche übersetzen lassen. Dafür wurde mir ein kleiner Betrag abgebucht - soweit okay.
Kurz danach bekam ich die Nachricht von PayPal, dass weitere 39,99 Euro für ein Abo (dem ich niemals zugestimmt habe) eingezogen wurden.
Ich habe das Abo sofort storniert - das hat geklappt - und den Betrag zurück gefordert. Daraus entwickelte sich ein langer E-Mail-Dialog. Als Antwort kam jeweils eine freundliche Entschuldigung und eine Versicherung, dass man den Betrag unverzüglich refundieren würde / schon refundiert hätte.
Nur: auf meinem PayPal-Konto kam er nie an. Auf meine siebente Nachricht kam dann keine Antwort mehr.
Schräges Detail: auf meiner PayPal-Rechnung schien zwar "Profipdf" und die korrekte Support-E-Mail auf, als Verkäufer wird jedoch "Betyoucan" - eine Wett-Plattform - genannt ...

Highly recommended! Even I purchased by mistake, the Profipdf team still issued a full refund promptly.

By mistake i did not cancel my trail subscribtion. Allot of companies will not give you a refund. But they did. They understood that i only had one day of subscription and understood i made a mistake. Many companies will say they cant give back the money and because of this i highly respect their customer service. They are not in it for the money but care for their customers. Highly recommend!

You tried to sell me an unasked for subscription sent to Paypal. When I tried to visit your site to communicate with you, it refused my access saying "BetYouCan is not available outside Australia"

Payment procedure requires entry of credit card details, including CVV number, on an unsecured site. There are many independent payment facilitators who offer total security, and this company should use them. Until that happens, I reject this service
