I’ve been using ProfitTree for my Etsy shop and it’s made a big difference. Before, I was just guessing my profits, but now I can clearly see what I’m actually making after fees and costs. Much better than my own clunky spreadsheets.

Just say I got the $67 lifetime plan and holy crap I was paying $30 a month. This is definitely worth switching if you’re already paying for product research somewhere else.

Profittree has been very helpful for our Etsy store. We can not think what will be operating our store without all that pofittree provide to us.

ProfitTree has been a great tool in helping streamline and grow my etsy business. Their team has been knowledgeable and responsive. I have been able to increase my revenue while lessening my workload. It’s worth giving it a go for the price.

I bought ProfitTree’s lifetime plan, but honestly, it’s been pretty disappointing. Some of the features that were originally included have either been removed or just don’t seem to work anymore. On top of that, I keep running into data that feels really misleading. For example, I’ve seen listings showing “100+ sales in the last 24 hours,” but when I check the actual Etsy shop, it hasn’t made a single sale. It’s frustrating because it makes it hard to trust the data, and I’ve ended up wasting time chasing listings that aren’t even real opportunities.

I purchased the $70 annual starter plan and was disappointed. I'm giving the platform two stars because the site as a whole seems well organized and they undeniably offer tools that can help a new Etsy business grow. Unfortunately much of the data I might actually use is blurred out under the $70 annual starter plan. It feels more like I'm experiencing a free "teaser" tier of the service rather than something I might actually use.

I get that services like these need to offer tiers but I expected a bit more bang for my buck for $70 outlay. Adding insult to injury, I see Etsy influencers on YouTube promoting a $68 per year version of their product that seems to offer significantly more data than I am getting.

TLDR: this company definitely has something to offer, but you won't get enough of it in their starter package to warrant your outlay.

Terrible support, refund Policy and overall performance. I have paid for everbee and profittree the very same day and focused on Etsy for a whole month and I can tell you the following:
1- I started using both daily, but just in a few days and relied completely on everybee and found out that I rarely used profittree. And when you search for a keyword, you rarely find listings you want to actually track. + they don't provide competition shops analyzes.
2- Everbee offers a 2 months 50% off for their first 2 months and both their app and extention are amazing.
3- Profittree extention absolutely gobbles RAM and made Chrome almost freezing everytime I used. I literally used 1 day.
4- Even though they're a big company, they die before processing a refund. That kind of greed is disgusting. They can see that I wasn't using the app and forgot to cancel and contacted them the very same day I was charged and what I received was a "copy/paste" of their refund policy.

In my experience I Do Not Recommend You Waste Your Time and Money Using Profittree.

Upgraded to a monthly plan, used it once, cancelled immediately. No refund at all.

Profittree has a zero-flexibility refund policy for monthly subscriptions. Even minimal use and immediate cancellation does not qualify for any refund.
