Great service and products

Great service and products. Ordered two items, Arbor Gold Tree, Shrub and Hedge Fertiliser and Amvista Seaweed Meal on 30th August and received the order on the 3rd September. Had bought and used the Arbor Gold Tree, Shrub and Hedge Fertiliser last autumn, and it really helped my plants in the borders. Have used some of the Seaweed meal and even in the very short time can see a difference between untreated plants and treated plants, even at this time of year. Very Happy customer who has been using their products for 4 years.

Online order not delivered, no communication

Online order not delivered. I contacted customer service (polite and helpful) who said a new order would be placed for next day delivery. When that didn't show either, I went back to customer service (again polite and helpful) who apologised, said the new delivery was delayed as one item was out of stock. I asked to cancel the order for a full refund. This was agreed in writing. A few weeks later, still no refund. Then the delivery turned up with a neighbour. I phoned Pro Green who did not seem surprised (even though I had confirmation the order was cancelled) and offered to arrange a return via courier (very smooth). Silence for another couple of weeks before I phoned customer service only to be told that whilst my refund was now being processed, a £10 delivery fee would be deducted. So I am left with no product, hours of chasing and a £10 fee. Customer service (polite, helpful always) said they would make the case for a full refund, but the amount credited to my account was still minus the delivery charge.

Motore difettoso e verniciatura

Dopo circa 2 anni forse qualche mese in più, durante l'accensione il motore non partiva e dallo scarico usciva la benzina.Ho fatto il meccanico di moto e automaticità fratelli Gabbani ,VECCHIANO.
Sembra che si sia rotta una molla o il fermo della Valvola. Mi sapete dire di cosa si tratta.secondo quanto costa il motore sono disposto a cambiarlo.

Terrible, online order and nothing, endless emails sent and no reply, spoke to them several times and promised refund-nothing, so,so bad

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN MINUS STARS I WOULD! THEY DO NOT SUPPLY ITEMS PURCHASED AND DO NOT ANSWER ANY EMAILS. IF YOU ACTUALLY SPEAK TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE THE LIE. IVE BEEN WAITING 3 MONTHS FOR SOIL SAMPLE RESULTS. ASKED FOR REFUND BUT NOTHING!!

A Very Satisfied Customer

I am very satisfied with the service provided by ProGreen.
I was able to speak to someone when I phoned.
Alison was extremely helpful, and called me back to give me a delivery update. The goods arrived in perfect condition.

Poor service

Poor service - took around a couple of weeks for an ‘in stock’ item. Called and was told it had been picked up and it was the couriers fault. Called a few days later and was told it was in fact out of stock at time of ordering??? Liars. As a professional I need equipment in good time - I will not use again.

I would give 0 stars if it allowed. Very poor service, no communication even with promises to call back and promises by email for results.

Another dissatisfied customer. Placed an order on the 13th March, was told on the 28th March it was due to leave that day. Still waiting! Avoid!

Another dissatisfied customer. Had to ring asking where my order was. 10 days waiting still not arrived. Avoid this company go elsewhere.

Ripped off

Ordered on 18th March, item not arrived and was told it has been dispatched, now reading other reviews it looks like I won’t be getting this item.
Total rip off company, steer clear

Another dissatisfied customer

Another dissatisfied customer, order placed 19.03.24. I assumed the item was in stock. I have spent 7 days chasing the order , ProGreen are unable to fulfill my order due to a supply problem. I realise this is out of their hands but if I had not spent a week chasing I would be none the wiser. I have requested a full refund, but now have to wait for Progreen to process it . I hope I am not waiting as long as the earlier post. Not a good company to deal with.

Poor Service

I have purchased products from this company for years. Usually they are reliable and deliver in a timely manner. However. The last order I put in although it was listed as "in stock" it certainly wasn't. Usually the turnaround is between 1-2 days. I phoned to enquire why my products hadn't been delivered after day 6 and they then told me that the products weren't in stocks even though the website clearly stated it was. I asked for a refund as I needed the products that day and got them locally. They said it could take 5-7 working days for he refund. 19 days later the refund still hadn't arrived so I rang and complained. The staff were very polite. I explained that the service wasn't what I expected from a trusted seller that i have use many times before. After 25 days now I still havnt received a refund and was told that it could take up to another 5-7 days for the monies to be refunded. Absolute joke from such a well known brand

Very Poor Service

I can not review the product as I didn't actually receive it.
However, i can review the customer service which is woeful. Progreen won't refund, and won't replaceme product either - I'm just stuck in a Progreen hole....

The Staff at Progreen were really…

The Staff at Progreen were really helpful however they use an external company Lantra for courses. Mine was rodenticide level 2 which I passed having checked the strict exam conditions directly with Lantra. Pro green actively asked for reasons why my exam was voided from an open book assessment whereby I was allowed to use Lantra course material online. I complied and requested screenshots of any contravention which were not supplied. I think pro green are a good company Lantra less so. Pro green should read the awful reviews Lantra get as had I known I was going to them when I bought the course I would have walked away. I expect pro green to refund my course fee or get the information from Lantra for any contravention of the test. They have offered a retest for 3/4 of the original fee why would anyone do this if they don’t even understand what was wrong previously. I would avoid booking learning through pro green if they use lantra

You can plough your lawn with the wrong seeds and progreen will not help

I purchased 10kg low maintenance grass but sent me ordinary ryegrass, the fastest growing grass ever. When I complained with a photo, they were just lied waffling, assuming I'm an idiot. You have to plough the garden up if that happens! Do yourself a favour and steer away. The dodgiest business I've ever dealt with

Thanks for the feedback - If you have received a mix that contains ryegrass then this is not our low maintenance seed and our team should have acknowledged that.
Our low maintenance seed mix contains the following cultivars:
strong creeping red fescue, slender creeping red fescue, chewings fescue and smooth stalked meadow grass.
