I ordered for next dayweed killer on…

I ordered for next dayweed killer on the 5th of June, delivery expected in 3 working days.
Each week the after told delivery would be Friday at the latest.
Today told its not in stock and don't know when. So now waiting a refund.

A very helpful company

This company were only company that could offer the material I needed to eradicate the marestail menace.
They were very good with the information I needed to use the item safely. Although, I'm still spraying the menace, it certainly is retreating.

1st order, expecting it all but...

Well...
I was looking around into buying knapsack CP15, nozzles and x2 bottles of 5L Provantage 480. I compared prices with Progreen with other sites and they were cheaper. So on my 1st order, I ordered these products.
I spent £382 including VAT.
I recieved most of my ordered. I was missing 1 bottle of Provantage. So I rung them on the day when they delivered and the day after when they eventually answered, saying "back order the the bottle as we have run out what's in stock.
2 weeks later no email to say it was sent and no delivery. Called again complaining I had not recieved the item and wanted a refund. They said why have you left it so late? I haven't, I was expecting an item I had paid for £75s worth that didn't recieve.
So I would like a refund, and an email to confirm I am receiving the refund from your HR. It's been over a week and haven't recieved an email, they have 2 days "26th June" to send me my refund.

If I don't recieve this refund of £75 on 26th June I am reporting Progreen to Trading Standards. Every bad review on here needs to do the same, so they can get report of the issues.

Excellent range of product solutions…

Excellent range of product solutions and advice
Good communication and dispatch.
My order for treatment of marestail/ horsetail arrived by specified date and worked fantastically well. I had a trouble-free experience and would definitely use this company again.

Chemical order

It was easy to order the chemicals but it took about 3weeks for the chemical to arrive. Unfortunately when it did arrive the glyphosate did not . I e mailed them and never got a response. I then rang them . The guy on the end of the phone was helpful and said he would sort it and the glyphosate should be with me by the end of the week ! It wasn’t and I still don’t have it so will be ringing them again tomorrow to see if I can sort it out!
Not a great experience to be honest!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company!
• Advertising products in stock when not.
•Send broken equipment and do not reply to emails regarding this.

Firstly they advertise products "in stock" and after paying and two weeks of waiting they explain the product is not in stock although this was still showing in stock two weeks later.

The lance was broken after using once I emailed 12 days ago with no response regarding this!

Please save your money and time and use a more reputable company!

Order not received

I placed my order on 9th June, today,19th, it still has not arrived! I have sent two e-mails asking for an update, but no response has been forthcoming.

Apologies for your negative experience with us, I can see that your order was placed on Saturday 7th, and dispatched the next working day, Monday 9th. This was then held until it eventually reverted back to us 19/06 due to courier damages.
Unfortunately we weren't notified of these damages and as a result, could only action this for you upon it's arrival back with us.
I can see that a replacement was sent out for you the same day and looks to have made it to you safely.
I hope this helps offer some clarity on your experience with us and reassures you that this is not our standard of practice.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, they are awful on so many levels!!! And when you need to chase something up or complain (because 100% you absolutely will need to complain), they will not reply or make contact at all. Black hole. Just don't use them

We had unfortunately encountered huge delays in the production of this fertilizer this year and we had anticipated that stating this delay via the product listing online & over the phone, would manage customer expectations.

Strong stuff... hopefully

Delivery was great, and packaging was effective. Sadly, when I read the advice on the label I was confused by the 'read instructions'. There were no instructions in the package. No knowing whether the product had to be deleted or by how much, I proceeded to use the material straight from the original container. This seemed too concentrated. I wondered if there were more instruction somewhere. I tried to remove the label just in case important advice was on the back of the label. Surprise, surprise there it was hidden. So the next container I used diluted. I think it would be great if in future customers were told where to find essential instructions.

Still owe me hundreds of ££s. Fraudulent company

After months of emails and phone calls I am owed hundreds of ££s from Progreen. Despite agreeing to on many emails, they have never sent me missing items, refunds and replacements for the multitude of issues I have experienced this spring. I am now it the process of having to claim this money back via chargeback via my bank. No idea how this company has any business at all..

Still no response from ProGreen ....Avoid

Still no response from ProGreen , will never use again, delivery was late, parcel and bag of seed damaged and handed to me with seed falling out the box by delivery driver, email sent to them and they said they would be in touch if they hear any more...!!

I ordered 3 x 5kg of lawn seed as pro…
I ordered 3 x 5kg of lawn seed as pro green had it in stock, took 5 days for delivery and when delivered the box was ripped open and 1 seed bag damaged and alot of seed in the box and lost. Must have happened on delivery the way parcels are thrown about.

Web site inaccurate regarding stock

Placed an order for next day delivery. Took time off to receive the order and carry out lawn maintenance.
Product did not arrive and no communication.
Telephoned the company after 5 days. The product is not in stock and won't be for another 5 days.
Next day delivery was never acheivable.
Disappointing service and communication
