Change Management Foundation and Practitioner are excellent courses delivered by an expert facilitator (Dan). Rich content, covering relevant theories, models and approaches was brought to life with practical examples, insights and activities. Logical and well-paced course flow, useful group discussions, helpful tools and supportive exam prep. Highly recommend both courses.

A well planned virtual class, with an experienced Change Manager whom presented very well by sharing real life change management examples, which allowed effective learning, and visualisation of change theories and models.

Dan has mastered the delivery of this course over zoom. As a first time experience of learning over zoom, it was smooth and got to learn a lot.

I really enjoyed the course and would highly recommend it. Dan is an excellent facilitator with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Change Management. The course was engaging and he provided great examples that impact in a practical way.

The course was a great introduction to Agile, and how change managers can adapt their practice to work on agile projects. Dan gave us some great ideas and tools to use. These can be used for change management at any time.

The materials and explanations provided a practical framework with simple and effective templates for assessing and planning change effort. Best value for those with some basic change experience who are seeking to move into agile or those who are looking for fast and effective change tools to use with time constraints (hence the term Rapid).

The course facilitator, Dan kept the two days highly interactive, engaging and enjoyable even when done remotely. Dan clearly has a wealth of experience in both change and agile, handling all participant questions with real world examples.

Interactive delivery, enhanced by the depth of practical experience of the facilitator and the excellent resources provided to support change managers in the real world. It is a lot of information to digest therefore diligence is required with the pre-reading.
