Dan and Kate are a fantastic team - Kate facilitated a smooth onboarding and Dan provided great guidance and insights.

Great course, theory and tools explained well. The facilitator was very good, engaging and had lot's of knowledge. Created a positive learning experience. I'm looking forward to putting the learning into practice. I definitely recommend this change program.

Project Laneways have been nothing short of AMAZING. From the moment that I contacted them, they have been helpful and understanding. The Change Management course was presented in a practical and totally relatable structure. Dan's facilitation skills are excellent, with real-life examples of how it works and what doesn' work. Highly recommended, if you want to do Change Management look no further!!

A very intense 4 days to complete the foundation and practitioner courses - covers a lot of content - but the unique layout of 3 days to cover foundation allowed more time to understand how all aspects come together. Great that the course is diversified to projects outside of IT.

Very well presented. It always helps to learn when you receive instruction form a person who has experience in the area being presented and add stories of their work which are anchored in the text and process. Dan did a very good job in making the theory come to life.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Change Management Foundation course. It was comprehensive, well-paced, well resourced (textbook, pre-reading, slides, portable change management sheet) and Dan is a very engaging facilitator.
He has an incredible breadth of knowledge and experience, sharing stories with the group that (for me) cemented many of the theories and concepts in my mind. I highly recommend people interested in change management to sign up

Excellent course with lots of great tools and techniques you can use in leading change within organisations or tackling change yourself. Would recommend to anyone who is working in a projects role who is facing into change, a leader within a team or a people manager.

The Change Management Foundations was a great course, well structured and Dan is a really engaging and knowledgeable trainer. I would definitely recommend this course as I thoroughly enjoyed it.

If you are struggling to understand where to start when it comes to managing change in projects or in your organisation as part of BAU then this course is for you! I work in change management but it helped highlight some of the things that I am doing right as well as things I could be doing better. Dan's facilitation style makes it easy to understand the theory and the activities help you understand how to apply it in pragmatically.
