Pro Linguis (Florian) a été très a l'écoute et a repondu à toutes mes demandes de dernière minute!
Les hotes etaient tout a fait adorables (à Milan) et l'ecole tres bien; je recommande vivement !

Im Nachhinein möchte ich mich ganz herzlich bedanken für deine Mithilfe beim guten gelingen zu unserem EasySchool Aufenthalt in Malta.
Die Schule kann ich nur weiter empfehlen und als grossen Erfolg von 2025 bezeichnen. Selbst meine Frau war begeistert und diese Golden Age Wochen mit den Ausflügen, dadurch haben wir ganz Malta mit der Insel Gozo gesehen und das werden wir nicht vergessen. War alles super Organisiert. Auch die Reiseleiterinnen haben sehr verständlich in English die ganzen Geschichten erzählt. Ebenso konnte man fragen wenn etwas nicht klar war. Also auch für Anfänger sehr lobenswert.
Zudem war die Schule sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr herzlich und sehr erfahren.

We sent our daughter 16 on a 2-week intensive language study trip to Brighton. She enjoyed it very much. The family was great and she benefited a lot. She also got to know lots of young people from different countries. The price-performance ratio is simply top. She definitely wants to go again to England. Thank you very much for everything, we are delighted.

Ich war 3 Wochen in Malta in der BELS Schule. Es hat mir sehr gefallen und die Organisation durch Bonnie war super. Es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Die Schule ist sehr schön gelegen und der Unterricht lehrreich.
Ich war in einer Gastfamilie untergebracht. Die Gastfamilie war super und wir hatten immer sehr viel Spass.
Ich kann Pro Linguis wärmstens empfehlen, wenn ich wieder eine Sprachschule plane werde ich es sich wieder mit Pro Linguis machen. Besten Dank an Bonnie für die super Betreuung.

I was very satisfied with Pro Linguis. I had great service, the team was always there for me and the counselling was top! I learnt a lot of new things, both about the language and the culture. I would always book my language study trip with Pro Linguis again.

It was a mix of meeting amazing new people and learning a lot. The school really helped conect with people at the beginning and had a good spectrum of activities to participate in. The teachers were able to make me fall in love with the italian language because of their teaching methods, we laughed a lot.

J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour linguistique de 2 mois à Hambourg, la famille d’accueil ainsi que l’école étaient parfaites. J’ai eu une petite question et l’agence Pro Linguis - M. Melliard - à tout de suite répondu et fait les démarches nécessaires. Je vous conseille fortement cette agence.

Es war zum wiederholten Mal eine wunderbare Erfahrung sich rundum wohl zu fühlen, die Organisation den Profis zu überlassen und eine Sprachreise nach eigener Vorstellung zu geniessen. Kompliment an die Pro Linguis und insbesondere an Frau M. Koller. Meine Woche Intensivkurs in Florenz bleibt unvergesslich. Mille grazie !

The team was very friendly and motivated. I had an online appointment to discuss my conception of my language stay. The employee had informed herself very well in advance and could show me different options. She promised me to look up further informations and emailed me just a few days later with the requested answers. It was possible to book online with a registration form.
They were available during my whole language stay and they even asked me, how it's going. As I returned home, they sent me a welcome-card. They organized the residence for me and registered me in the language school.
One thing that confused me was the registration form. I couldn't choose all the options I'd discussed in advance, because they were missing on the form. Therefore I wrote some additional information into an email as I retourned the registration form. I think, this could eventually lead to wrong bookings. In my case, I didn't get the type of room I had initially wanted. But it was fine anyway.
If I go on another language trip, I will definitely choose Pro Linguis as my organizer again!

Es war eine schöne Erfahrung für mich. Pro Linguis in Zürich hat mir die Schule in Florenz empfohlen und hat sich auch bei kleinen Problemen sofort darum gekümmert. Ich kann Pro Linguis vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Ms Koller of Pro Linguis really helped me to prepare and organize a wonderful language learning experience in Sainte-Anne, Guadeloupe. What I appreciated the most was her proactivity, professionalism and kindness. I found myself in good hands and left Europe for my three week Caribbean adventure with everything sorted and planned. During and even after the trip Ms Koller reached out and made sure that everything was going smoothly.

And it did: The school was exactly as I expected... well, it was better than expected. The teachers were kind and competent, my fellow students were wonderful. Friendships emerged. You might think that the beautiful weather and surroundings would make the intensity of the learning experience softer - but don't be fooled: I learned a lot! I could feel progress on a daily basis. I also needed a nap every day after school. I didn't start from scratch but already after the second week I was able to have light conversations in French with locals!

And I just liked the vibe of the people on the island. Not everything functions perfectly in the public space - but if your heart and mind are open, you can have a fantastic time there.

The view, the courtyard, the bar are very nice, the staff is mostly very friendly and cordial. The rooms are not bad either, what is bad are the bathrooms and the way the classes are organised. I took a basic A1 French course for two weeks, according to what we were told, the course was about to start, but it didn't. The reality was that they put me on a course that had already started a long time ago, which is obviously not honest at all. Luckily I had a very good and capable teacher (Raja) and was able to learn a little. The food in the place is also not the best, and some of the “Mensa” staff are a bit overbearing (one man came up to me almost shouting at me in a very snooty way telling me that I couldn't eat there and that I had to go and pay at reception before I went to eat there, He didn't know that I had already paid and I had the ticket to prove it, He just had to ask me if I had the ticket before he started talking to me in such a snotty tone in front of everyone! Anyway after he finished I showed him my ticket and without even apologising he turned around and left. The other thing I found very dishonest is that when I got there they showed me almost everything (the guy was very nice and polite) but they forgot to inform me of a very important fact which is the fact that when you book the room with communal bathroom, the bathroom has no hot water and imagine going to take a shower in October with no hot water. After I complained about the water, they told me they could give me a card to go to take a hot shower and one of the rooms with private bathroom. So no, I don't think my experience was the best of all.

Ok, long text ahead:

It's been 6 months ever since I went to England for a stay. I have no one to thank but this organisation and a particular person called Bonnie for making this possible.

I went to Newcastle for a whole month. There I was preparing myself for the C2 Cambridge exam (which I passed!). I was staying with a family at first but changed to a student residence due to issues that arose during my stay with the family itself.

I only have to thank this organisation and Bonnie for making something like this possible for me. She answered all of my questions quickly and did not hesitate to do some research for me whenever something was unclear. She was always ready to help and gave me the best kind of support I could ask for during the whole planning phase for this stay. I do not regret my decision choosing this organisation to help me out with the stay.

The school itself was amazing and the people were extremely nice. I stayed at the International house of Newcastle and was able to learn from the best teacher there. I dislike homework and studies in general, so you can imagine how surprised I was when the school was able to make me even interested in getting the best grades I could!

As mentioned before, there were some issues with the family I stayed with at first. It wasn't long until I decided to change to a student residence where I spent the next few weeks in. The school and the organisation were able to resolve the issue quickly and without any sort of hassle. For that I also will be forever thankful for not making it a big deal.

Overall, my stay was amazing and I had the time of my life. I was able to explore Newcastle to its fullest while meeting the nicest and coolest people I could ever ask for. It was indeed an experience I recommend everyone should do.

If you still have your doubts, don't worry, I'm sure you can make the best out of any situation you're given and have fun while doing so :D
