Complete Sham.
They push up their ratings by providing good customer service in the trial phase only to do anything they can to avoid payouts. This is not a reputable company. When you read reviews, make sure to check out only those who reach the payout stage

As weeks went by, constant delays and shifting timelines caused growing frustration. With communication breaking down entirely, I felt anxious and defeated—until I reached out to Edenbury Legal, whose determination led to the successful recovery of my assets.

One of the worst funding companies ever! At first it looked very good, after i tried it i can say, DO NOT TRY IT! I submited my KYC, it was verified, then after a few hours i recieve a message saying my KYC has been denied and i lost acces to both my accounts for some whatever reason. The platform often shutdowns with a lot of bugs and you really cannot contact almost no noe besides some bots which waste your time. DO NOT TRY IT!

My account has already been fully verified, but your website keeps showing a “KYC Verification Required” pop-up every time I log in.Instead, it redirects me to the contact support page, which only displays FAQs. So frustating.

QT is a scam fraud they will rip u off even if u pass your 2 stages they won't pay you out they will make any excuse not to pay you . Stay away save Ur money ftmo best

Not a prop firm to use

This firm talks a good talk about spreads and rules and payouts and offered an interesting instant account. Mostly the trading rules are like most others but they do require a trade to last longer than one minute which can be tricky for scalpers. They say not to trade around news and breach the account if you trade news ( and they mean any news not just red news which is abtuse). So you trade and get to a payout where the website says multi ways of payout can be made. The reality is that there is only one way to contact the support which is through live chat from 09.30 to 17:30. There if you can find someone to speak to they are helpful. Payout is every 2 weeks and the payout window is from 10:30pm until midnight. And then the payout is only in crypto. I am greatful that I did get my payout but this is a firm that is too much hassle to deal with and and there are better ones around that are easier to deal with and have similar prices and simpler clearer rules. Avoid

Mt5 froze on me and when I managed to load it back up and close my trade, my payout got denied and I was told I had closed my trade in 1 minute 45 seconds.

Risk replied to me, completely ignoring the fact I had told them my trading platform was unresponsive.

I URGE YOU ALL to screen record (I wish I had done) when placing your $1 trades to hit those min trading days. Then if the platform freezes like it did on me, you have (as QT like to word) 'proof'.

🚨 WARNING: Stay Away from Quant Tekel Prop Firm – Manipulated Spreads Designed for Failure 🚨
I’m currently in a funded challenge with Quant Tekel, and I need to warn others before they waste their time and money.

This firm manipulates spreads to make sure traders fail.

Here’s what I’ve experienced personally:

XAUUSD spreads are consistently 0.50–0.70 USD during normal trading hours — that’s 5–7 pips, which is abnormally high and unacceptable for a prop firm.

BTCUSD spreads are over $120 USD, even when the real market spread is under $10 on reputable brokers.

These spreads are not market-driven — they are clearly inflated artificially, which means the environment is not tradable, especially for scalpers or intraday traders.

They do not disclose their liquidity provider, and their platform behavior is inconsistent, suggesting it’s a simulated environment rigged for losses.

This is a classic scam model: lure traders in with a cheap challenge, then rig the trading conditions so almost no one passes.

I’ve filed complaints with ASIC and Scamwatch Australia and encourage others to do the same. This industry is already tough — we don’t need firms rigging the game against us.

🛑 Avoid Quant Tekel at all costs. Stick to reputable, transparent firms like FTMO, MyFundedFX, or E8 Funding — firms that offer real spreads, real trading conditions, and real payouts.

If you’ve also been scammed or seen the same shady conditions, please speak up. Don’t let these fake prop firms keep preying on hard-working traders.

Affordable challenges and great discounts but when you pass the challenge you don't advance to the next stage simply because your win rate is 100% instead of 35% which is required to advance. When you're below the profit target the win rate is zero. How are you going to attain 35%? Not worth it 🤔

Used QT and nearly didn't get a 5k payout due to a mistake their end which I had to look into and show them it was a mistake. Also have a community member who works for me, has spent years learning to trade. Was supposedly A booked with QT and had 2x 100k live accounts with them.. his leverage was awful (could only risk 1 lot per trade on Gold) and done very well over 4 weeks. Making around 16% between the two accounts and only risking between 0.25-0.5%. With no explanation at all they have paid him one ($7.5k) payout but told him he's not getting the other payout ($8.4k) and that both his accounts will be closed going. It makes no sense, if he was A booked they would of made 16k aswell. They are ignoring him and it has taken 12 days for him to get payouts after lots of chasing and being ignored. This has effected his confidence and brought him alot of stress as he was relying on that money to help with bills. Which ultimately has a negative effect while he's working for me. I recommend you stay away from QT and don't give them your hard earned money.

I was a funded trader with Quant Tekel, had been for several months, I had received pay-outs circa $2k but was delayed by 12 days due to migrations, which is fine however the problems really started after the migration had completed, I had to keep on to the incompetent staff to reset my account. I was emailed to say I was abooked which adds extra pressure to trading. I had reduced leverage and had to make 0.5% of my balance for 5 days within a 2 week trading cycle. however when I was sent this email the instructions were ambiguius and didnt make it clear, I asked in the discord and sent Risk an email to ask them. 4 different tickets and multiple chats no one could answer if i had to do the 5 trading days, I had already done 3 at this point which is the requirment for non abooked traders. No one got back to me until the payout day and even then only because someone had come back from holiday could they tell me that i did need to do the 5 days. I explained everything and they said if I could make the 2 days by the Friday... it was Wednesday at this point, then they would push it through... so I did and made more profit... however they couldn't or wouldn't put it through on the Friday and basically had to wait 2 more weeks, for that payout which was circa $7k at this point. I had another account and they took the profit off me halfway through the cycle because of CPI on EUR, which again was an ambiguous rule as their rule stated general CPI (which everyone knows referrers to USD) I was trading Gold USD, so was not in any breach, they eventually put the funds back after chasing and in the meantime I made more money on that account. I put both payout requests in, then get a phone call to say they will payout 1 of the accounts breach both accounts and told not to trade with QT anymore... for no reason!!!. I felt sick when I was told this... I hadn't breached any rules and the winnings I had made was to help pay bills. I chased to find out why the accounts were being taken away and no one in the company all the way up to the CEO could tell me. I am only left to assume it was because I had made too much money. Considering I was being abooked I made them money and they didn't pay me out! the whole ordeal has been very stressful. I would stay well away and stick with the most established Props FTMO or 5ers.

•The moderators are rude and unprofessional. (they will ban you from discord for asking about your payout/refund)

•They take weeks or even months to pay you (if they pay you at all.) I submitted a payout request last year and still have not been paid.

•They will breach your funded account without cause (and fabricate a reason.)

• They say " We hope you’ll reach out through live chat so we can resolve any issues and clear up any confusion."

But when I reach out my ip is still blocked in their system so chat doesn't populate. Smh

Hello to everyone who wants to buy an account in QT!!!
I bought an account for 10K, passed the 2nd stage and started trading in October 2024 on a savings account.
After 14 days, I earned 20% of the deposit, applied for a payout, the payment came within 5 days.
I thought this was a cool company, but everything turned out differently!
The account was reset and I started trading again on 10/31/2024, after 14 days I applied for a payout, waited, wrote to the support service and after 5 days I received an answer that I had incorrectly calculated the day of submitting the application, they have some strange holidays there! Well, okay, I thought and again started my cycle of trading days with 18% profit after 14 days and counting all the holidays that they have, I again submitted an application on 12/04/2024. Earned 47% of my deposit and took the first place in their leaderboard!!!
12/07/2024 I received a letter from the Risk team that I allegedly violated the news rules for 10/22/2024 on my account 10086280 (screenshot of the letter is attached).
I was surprised, how can this be, if I started my new journey on 10/31/2024, and all the trades that were before 10/31/2024 were closed and paid by the Risk team on 10/30/2024 on account 10086280!

10/30/2024 there were no questions on the first payment, and now suddenly YOU have questions???
I think the problem is that QT finds reasons where there are none, so as not to pay out the money earned by the trader!!
I took the first place in their leaderboard (screenshot is attached)!
And they just decided that they don't need a trader who will make money and why pay him! After that they blocked me without proof!!! I wrote from Alex Bos, he doesn't read my messages!! After talking to other traders on Discord, I found out that this is their thing - to do this all the time!!!

On my own behalf I want to say that QT is a company for 1 payment! And it's not a fact that you will be paid! You can't see the discounts they offer you, this is a SCAM project that will deceive you!
If you are looking for a company for a long term, QT is not for YOU and I advise YOU to bypass them!

If you want to waste your energy, hard-earned money, and time, this prop firm is the perfect place. They will find any excuse not to pay you after you got funded, and it’s obvious they’ve paid for all those five-star reviews on Trustpilot. Just check Reddit or YouTube to see how many negative reviews they really have. This has been, by far, the worst experience I’ve had with a prop firm and they stole me around 9k cad. AVOID!

They pay you one time with lucky and then they gonna have infinite excuses to don't pay. They actually implement a new rule to funded traders that they can only use 1 lot per day, so ridicoulous. Karma is coming. Probably the founder and co-founder gonna receive cancer in few years. We only have to wait patiently.

SCAM! trust this comment and definitely stay away from this company, they are complete scammers.. you can understand this after you pass the challenges successfully, but if you are a loser, they will not show you their scamming side anyway. If you do not want to be scammed, stay away from this company.

I bought a $10k acc in quant tekel before they announced the "free 5k acc giveaway to everyone who signs up" thing. The next day itself site crashed and i wasn't even able to access the dashboard. Like why do they even promise stuff they can't handle like "we'll provide free $5k acc to everyone if you sign up".

Then I had a question regarding their consistency rule and asked tht in their discord server, in return i got a friking copy paste reply on what consistency is (I OFC KNOW WHAT CONSISTENCY IS), they didn't even answer my question, on top of that they have a 6hrs slowmode on discord and I couldn't even ask the question again. Then i went to live chat and asked the question, no reply for like a day and then some person comes online and tells "feel free to to ask whatever question you want" when i clearly already asked the question, they closed the live chat cause i didn't reply within 10mins when i asked the question like a day ago

After all this I went to discord telling how bad my experience was and I got timed out for 7days from their discord server.

To Sum it up for People who don't want to read the entire thing :

-> You don't get any reply to your questions, all their mods have a script which they just copy paste to you
-> And when you try to tell them how bad their customer service is, they try to suppress you and time you out for 7days :)
-> They overpromise and never deliver on it like the "free $5k accs to everyone" I never even received it. Its just a tactic to get more clout
