I wrote a review about this company taking customers money. How dare you take it down saying this is fake! This company took my money and cancelled my challenge citing a fake reason. I didn't even trade over the weekend and they cancelled my challenge.

Can’t rate Quant enough I had a problem with my accounts and the team took a few days as would be expected but reviewed and restored both accounts. One of the honest companies out there and I would recommend highly to others

esta empresa hara todo lo posible por no pagar me rechazaron un cobre porque decian que cerre una operacion antes de dos minutos y me deducieron todo lo que tenia ganado la siguiente quincena me dijeron que pedi el retiro un dia antes y ya perdia la opcion y a esperar otra quincena y ahora que tenia un dos por ciento de una cuenta de 50K me dicen que movi el SL antes de los dos minutos y me quitaron las ganancias y la cuenta fondeada un atropello hacen lo que quieren te cobran y despues no pagan

Scamming company before know as Ascendx,
I've been waiting for my payout since June, only to have it rejected due to a newly implemented "2-minute rule" that came into effect after my migration. My profits were generated before this rule, yet they still forfeited my payout without explanation.

To make matters worse, after generating another profit and requesting a payout, I was banned without any notification of rule violations. This feels like a clear scam. I would strongly advise against using scamming firm QuantTekel. Save your time and money.

This is a Mixed review as it's mostly for their representatives Amara & Raz, although I had to be persistent once I got a hold of them they solved my issues within a couple of hours. For that Reason I give Amara & Raz 4.5 out of 5. Persistent is key. The other reviews and behavior from the CEO banning people for true concerns, genuine questions are sadly true but I believe they can turn the ship around. I'd say documentation is everything, screenshots/screen videos to have a solid case and from there you get the upper leg. Like any new company it does take a minute to get going, I agree thar they offered a product that wasn't available and still isn't for some people while they were taking the sales $. Don't buy. They have been doing a migration for some time and i haven't been able to trade my funded accounts for over 2 months. Meanwhile they are still selling accounts to new customers. It's not our problem that your platform is down but if we complain, they will push your account migration time further, as repeatedly warned by Alex, the co-owner. His attitude is rude. We are your customers and when we paid for a service, we demand to have it delivered, not having threats when it is not. We don't care about your company success and if you do, you should provide service when it is paid for. With this slow progress, rude attitude and ongoing interruption, it make your trading journey more challenging and frustrating. I have been with over 10 Prop Firms and by far QT provided the worst experience ever overall. There are SO MANY better prop firms out there with much better service, technology than QT.

This company is a rebrand of AscendX, company which whom i had lots of inconvenient and finally ended leaving a poor review and quitting for good, long story short, i never received a refund after passing a challenge. Weeks later, they "accept" their wrongdoing and hand me over 2 accounts as compensation, one of those i passed and believe me, i didn't want to continue with them but wasn't going to waste the 2 accounts i received, so, I passed one of those accounts and then the Company goes for a rebrand from ASCENDX to QUANT TEKEL (same people, different name). When this migration started around September 15, 2024, i lost access to my funded account and have been patiently waiting for almost 2 MONTHS! for them to give me back the account but what a surprise, i ask on discord and EDD mentions i have been BANNED from the platform! ( banned from what? i have not even traded with them in weeks!!!)... then i go to discord to ask more info about the dire situation and get BANNED to talk on their Discord!, i mean this is so outrageous that i can not believe it.

To add up, their CEO always used to threaten people that dared to ask for their lost/halt accounts after weeks of no news, and just said that whoever asked for updated would be sent to the back of the queue! talk about dictatorship!.

Also pre-migration i had bought a challenge, migration hits and weeks passed and i didn't receive my challenge , then i go ask about it and they mention the challenge was breached when it was not true! good thing i had screenshots of the "Active" account before migration and that helped to receive finally the challenge. And after receiving it, the rep who gave me the account was trying to make it seems they were doing me a favor and kept indicating me to go to TrustPilot and leave a good review! which i didn't since i had not (and have not) received the funded account i earned.

I've been polite and patient, I've tried all possible ways to see why they banned me, but was banned on discord and tickets came back marked resolved without resolution or explanation, this is some next level scam company.

I have screenshots of all i claim and say, i have accounts with many other props and no other has been so bad as this one, I'm kind of sad of all these people that pour money (50% discount!) to this company just to be breached or banned without reason, and that is why i write this lengthy review.

Ill post any update if anything new develops.

Got funded on Ascendx before they rebranded to QT. Been waiting for 2 months for my account and I still cant trade. There are other people still waiting 80-150+ days for their funded accounts. QT proceeds to market their 50% off discounts and let people buy challenges but will stall on handing out funded accounts and payouts. If you contact on discord they just copy and paste saying “wait for further announcement” it’s absolutely crazy that they don’t prioritize their older customers who are sitting in the dark waiting and try to compensate their customers with a “10k challenge”not a single person on earth would think a 20$ challenge account is fair compensation for several months of lost time. Dissapointing and sad.

Normally i have nothing negative to say about QT but this time ive been waiting for 8-9 days for a reply on my ticket First they got in touch and for further help they dont reply anymore or help me with a Solution for my previous bought 200k Account so 600 Bucks gone
